The owners were so nice and kind. We stayed in the family room and it was spacious and comfortable with 2 bathrooms. The property was clean and it had a sitting commune area downstairs where you can sit and relax with free filtered water and some fruits, and some kitchen items you can use if you need. There’s a washing machine and the owners can do your laundry for you for a small fee. The owners also recommended a very close by restaurant where the locals eat, it was shabby and very basic but served delicious Thai food at cheap prices.

There is no lift so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. This was ok with us and acceptable considering we’re in the old town.

The family room was huge with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with a/c. It was clean and quiet in a nice neighborhood.

It didn’t feel friendly. After booking I got a message reminding me that the fee was based on the number of guests I registered and that I’d be charged if I added any more. Signs indicated all the things you can’t do, none said Welcome. The staff said Hello but never engaged beyond that.

I had quite bad food poisoning and the staff took minutes to answer my request of bottled water at 6am. The staff are so, so friendly! The owners are very attentive and care for your needs. There’s a lovely communal area with free tea and coffee, where you can people watch and work. Everything you need is in within 5 mins walking distance - 7/11, pharmacy, indie cafes/restaurants/tours/pubs. I will definitely stay again!

The fridge was a little noisy so I had to unplug at night. The area is quiet with exception of a few hours on a weekend at night but I’m only mentioning that for early sleepers.

It was a smooth check in, Pass & Nee ( Reception ) are wonderful people and very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay. Will come back again. It’s close to 7 eleven, gym, blind massage and restaurants. Complementary tea coffee & banana. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality stay.

Great location , in the heart of everywhere , but somehow off a beaten track. , hotel owners couldn’t do more for you, they organised scooters, booked the excursions with a discount, even transported us back to the airport personally. Highly recommend such wonderful people and place to stay, will definitely stay again upon our return

Stayed 7 nights in room 202 with a king bed on the 2nd floor (3 floors altogether). Kindness and hospitality of the hotel owner and his sister, their recommendations for Thai massage, Cheche Market, ... Airport pickup and dropoff. Quiet room and a good firm king bed for good sleep. Nice shared patio area.

We booked a room for 4 nights. Upon arrival we asked Mr Han how to go to Jin Jai market and he offered and drove us there. Mr Han also gets our laundry done for free.His sister helped to check online for details of the train departure to Lampang. On our departure Mr Han drove us to the train station.

I really appreciated the property host and staff members as they were really helpful and friendly. Great location in the old city, and they provide free water, coffee/tea as well! Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

I highly recommend Triple Palms House. Ideal location. Comfortable and affordable rooms for individuals, families, friends, or groups. The owner offers free tea and coffee and also let us use one of his bicycles. Would definitely stay again!

This place is super clean. Convenient for a large family of five. Very spacious room. Family room offers a separate room + 2 bathroom. Large open area on the first floor to take a bite. Microwave, mini oven, laundry machine available. Owner and sister always there to assist if needed.
