The girl and guy at the front desk were AMAZING!!! They helped me out and guided me for many things. I interacted with the girl mostly. She told me how to set-up GRAB. Off I went! She called and arranged a fire massage for me in Ban Rai Kong Khing Village because the guy only spoke Thai. And helped with other questions I had! They were super duper!!! The room was perfect for what I needed. I loved the vanity. And the refrigerator had water in it at all times. The location was AWESOME as well. Everything I needed was right there- vegan restaurants (Mr. Green - absolutely the best; Rad Rabbit - delicious gluten free vegan pizza; Juice + and Mild Kitchen. There is a brilliant Blind Massage called Supattra (get a massage from Not- he's THE best!!!). Also, a few other massage places including Herbal Steam House & Sense Massage (extra pamper yourself). Also, Joy's Hair & Nail salon was great for a pedicure & hair wash plus blow dry!

The owner and his sister was very kind and helpful and the staff were also very kind and you get bottled water every day and there is' Muffin ' the dog she is very very special (I will miss her), any problems you just need to ask them. The room was very nice and the shower had good pressure and hot water, there is also a good size fridge and a TV, very good WiFi. There is a kitchen area outside if you did want to do any food but there is many places around. The hotel is in a good area off the main street. It is only a 15 mins walk to the main walking street. This is my 2nd time to the hotel (1st time) was only 10/2/25 - 14/2/25 and I left to go to Pai and then decided to come back for a few extra days. Highly recommend and hope to visit again. Stayed at Tri Gong Hotel during the lantern festival and I highly enjoyed both. Duey at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was also nice even though we couldn’t communicate well because of a language barrier. Two glass bottles of water were provided daily. The comfortable room wasn’t big, but the twin bed was more of a full size. The location was good, close to a lot of restaurants, street food stalls. There are also tourist restaurants and bars on the same street if that is what you’re looking for. Tha Phae gate was maybe a 10 minute walk away. A little longer walk to several temples, Three Kings, and night markets.

Wifi was really spotty on the 2nd floor, but fast on the 1st floor. The bed was a bit hard for my taste.

The hotel is kept very clean and they provide free coffee. Plenty of space in the room. The desk is big enough to work. Their little doggy is sweet. There are nice vegan restaurants nearby. It's a good location overall. This hotel was a good value.

Room 107 is beside some kind of water pump thats just outside the window. It can get pretty loud throughout the day and even the night hours. Hotel is not okay with 420.

good location right in the old town, near bars and markets, helpful owners, everything clean, free water, soft new towels, hard bed, wifi was good enough

no view. some of the rooms has two windows but both of them goes right in a walls and roofs. it's not a problem if you looking for place only to sleep. But if need to work during your travel as I need sitting in the dark room will be a little bit depressing. But location if perfect.

The property itself was in a great location! Very secure and quiet. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and staff were lovely and very friendly! Free tea and coffee in reception was great and the owners dog was the cherry on top of the cake! Very cute & lovely!

First time stay at Tri Gong and we’ll definitely come back. Spacious comfortable rooms, AC, great location in the old city and super helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money.

Curtains let in quite a bit of light in our room so we draped a sarong over them to make the room darker as we prefer a dark room for sleeping.

Super kind people, I love the old town building. Hot water in the lobby. (Always bring my own pour over coffee maker)

My room was close to the street and there is a bar. Think the sounds stop somewhere between 00:00 and 02:00. I didn’t mind because I was usually gone, so had good sleep on nice beds. They also have rooms further away from it.

A quiet, comfortable room located nicely in the center of Chiang Mai. I'd definitely stay here again if I were to come back.

The room showed some wear and tear, and the shower wasn't the best. Still, everything worked just fine, so I can't really complain.
