Its in a pretty good location close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to heaps of temples. The pool is lovely and cool. Comfortable beds and good aircon. The hotel offers no food but does have a small kitchen area where you can prepare cut fruit, noodles etc.

We are a family and had to book two rooms which wouldn’t normally be an issue but we were on separate floors. We complained on arrival but were told the hotel was full. However we had booked 5 months earlier. We saw other groups had adjoining rooms but were told our particular room type was only on different floors. We just had king beds but could easily have had twins or queens also so not sure why this was an issue. It meant having to walk about 60 m between rooms for many shared items.

Comfortable friendly hotel, excellent location in the old city of Chiang Mai but still quiet, all attractions in walking distance. Large vehicles have difficulty passing and sometimes the road is closed to traffic, but it is a short walk to the main road. Nice atmosphere. The rooms and facilities are quite old but comfortable. My balcony was probably adjusted to solo travelers - it barely fitted one chair and a small table. There is no elevator but the staff was very willing to help with luggage. No breakfast but plenty of good restaurants nearby. No airport shuttle but Grab works well in the city.

Staff were excellent. I asked to reschedule our original dates before arriving, and although that's not typically allowed on short notice, they were able to accommodate. They were extremely attentive during our whole stay, always accommodating and doing their best to answer our questions and help out. The pool area is quaint and a nice oasis within the city. The room and bathroom were cleaned very well daily, although there were tiny little ants crawling around. The location is excellent, in one of my favourite parts of old town, with many restaurants, temples, bars, and Tha Phae Gate a 10-15 minute walk away.

The room was a little bit cramped (not much space to move around). The balcony was cute, but also really small - it was hard to have more than 1 person sit on it comfortably. On the site description, it said there was a restaurant on the property, but there wasn't - only coffee and tea drinks available for purchase. Although there are many great restaurants nearby so this isn't that big of a problem.

Perfect location, in Old Town but still in a quiet street. While I rented a scooter more ore less everywhere I went in Thailand, but I didn’t do that in CNX. You can get to almost all inportant parts of the city by foot (night markets, temples, …). Most parts woth visiting are in a 3km radius around the hotel and the streets are safe to walk (not like in other parts of Thailand). The rooms are clean and the bed is huge. You can easily fit 3 adults in the bed. The staff is also very helpful and leaving your bag at the hotel after check out to do some last minute shopping isn’t an issue. I stayed here twice during my week in CNX and I will stay here again next time I visit CNX.

Not a lot of sound insulation present so if you’re a light sleeper and your neighbor decides to take a shower in the middle of the night you will hear it. However, people staying in the hotel are not there to party and I had the feeling that all the people I crossed in the hotel were there to relax. Hotel doesn’t have laundry service but the staff helped me to find a good one just 50meters further. The airco in my room was pretty loud so I slept without it which was ok as the room doesn’t heat up to fast but this might be an issue if it gets hotter in Thailand.

For the first time in my life I had contact with such a great place as this, the staff was great, full of energy and very helpful, hats off to the ladies from the reception did a great job. The rooms were very nice, they had what was needed, two bottles of water were delivered every day and the rooms were cleaned and the garbage bags and towels were replaced. Next to the object On the right you can find a great place with a massage and on the left you go to the road and bounce to the right you can walk to a great restaurant The Good Kitchen.

Everything was great

Location is pretty good close to everything, walk about 5mins you can get 7-11 and good place to take a Grab because it just near the main load. The room also have a lovely balcony and it’s really quiet, light is good, we had a lovely and wonderful week in this hotel.

Bed is really big but one pity thing is the half side of the bed is not flat that my partner slept not so well,

We always stay at Sri Pat Guesthouse on our return trips to Thailand. The staff are accommodating & friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily. Extra towels & water & pillows on request. Convenient to many restaurants, the best beauty shop in CM (Joy Salon), convenience stores, open fruit market, transport at the end of the soi, coffee shops & more!

The price, as most guesthouses, keeps going up.

The rooms at the guest house were clean and quaint, the shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. The ambience of the guest house was tranquil. It was so nice to be able to relax on our balcony overlooking the garden or by the pool to ease into the morning or wind down at the end of each day. The guest house is tucked away on a side street, so it is very quiet yet close to restaurants and laundry. It is also within walking distance of the main sites in Old Town Chiang Mai. The warm staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and responded to all of our questions and requests with a smile. I loved this place so much that when I returned to Chiang Mai after a couple week visit to Pai, I didn't consider booking anywhere else. Sripat Guesthouse had become my home away from home.

Reception staff were friendly and super welcoming, comfortable room, bed amazing, balcony beautiful, amazing location close to many great places to eat, laundry etc. everything you need. Would not hesitate to stay here again if I needed a place in the future!

If I had to say one thing - a few ants but that is to be expected with so many trees and plants around! A minor thing that can be overlooked!

What a lovely place ! I loved staying here - the room was spacious, the bathroom nicely decorated with excellent water pressure and hot water. The decor is beautiful in the reception areas. Good wifi, great and convenient location, and a pleasant small swimming pool. But what makes Sri Pat such a great place is the friendly and very welcoming, kind staff. Especially Lala, and also Nene. Nothing is too much trouble, and you really do feel like a valued guest.

The only reason I have not put a 10 is the bed - Thai style hard. But that's a very minor quibble.
