This is by far the best place I have stayed in, not just in Thailand but during all of my travels. The hosts are exceptionally warm and always greet you with a smile, the rooms are tidy, clean and cosy you get all the facilities you could possibly need at this price. There is a refrigerator which is shared outside the room which you can take 2 free drinking waters from each day as well as store any leftovers etc that you may have. The guesthouse is attached to a cafe where you can get breakfasts foods, drinks and more, I reccomend using this the food was delicious, all fresh and well made, a lot of heart is put into this and into the guesthouse in general. Bonus points for the very cute and friendly dog that you will see around the house, they always brought a smile to my face. In addition, I left behind one of my necklaces (whoops) the guesthouse contacted me and arranged for it to be delivered to me, they are truly kind, honest and warm-hearted people that work here. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The location was great inside the old town, near the centre, a lot of restaurants walking just 5 minutes. It was clean every day, good WiFi, quiet street (silent on the night ) and two bottles of water per night. The kind house keeper offer to you different kinds of tours and transport, so you can have everything you need in the same place. If you want to rental a motorbike, just walk 5 minutes and you will find multiple options.

The only thing I could say that could be improved was the bed. It was a little bit hard, but not too different than other places in Thailand .

The property was perfect. Such a great place to stay at such a cheap price! Would highly recommend staying here. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming. The location was super central in the old town, within walking distance of everything you could possibly need. Super cute cat and dog is always a bonus too.

There was a really rude and messy girl who threw her clothes everywhere and set the AC to 25° and hid the remote from everyone. This is no fault of the host whatsoever thought, just unfortunate for other guests staying in the room at the time.

Great place! We initially booked for two nights but ended up extending to over a week because of how nice the place was - we stayed in an ensuite room with AC and can’t recommend it enough :) Amazing host, she let us drop the bags off and have a shower before our check-in and was very helpful and lovely throughout the stay. The dog “Tiger” and the cat were a cute wee addition to the stay :) Will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Chiang Mai!

- Pristine: Super clean room, walls, bedsheets, towels, bathroom, floors. No ants, no mosquitos - Comfty: The room is small but large enough for you and your luggage. The bed is very comfortable and the room feels like home. The AC works perfectly - The owner is a superbly kind lady who is relaxed and always happy and figures out ways to accomodate your needs (for example late check out) - the location is great and quiet at night

Miu Miu is an amazing place, super comfy and clean, and very well located. I loved all the restaurants surrounding the place. The dormitory was super comfy, there's A/C and fans in here. Shared bathrooms (4) and shared showers (2). You get a light and two sockets (and curtains) for every bed in the dorm!

The staff can seem a little cold at first sight but they are actually very helpful and kind and flexible!!

Comfortable clean room with a/c and ensuite toilet. Hospitable host. Walking distance to main attractions. Near a smoothie shop and local eateries. Amazed by the touch sensor lights and token to unlock the door/ power the room system for this establishment.

I didn't see any cats. 😆 but they have a bulldog. Not sure why the air-con is positioned to blow directly at the bed. It can get very cold at night even if you increase the temperature or change the setting. Parking spaces are limited outside the narrow alley.

Very good location, right in the middle. Louds of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Everything you could expect for the reasonable price, but no more.

There is somewhere a water pump or another kind of a generator which is making noise the whole night. Some people start to talk loud at 06:00 in the morning without respect for tired guests....so it was hard to find a sleep.
