We love our stay in this house. The staff are warm and accomodating. The location is unbeatable. There are a lot of restaurants, cafe, and main attractions. The house itself is charming, an older one but made with high quality materials. The attached dispensary is convinient. And if you love cats, there was a sweet cat downstairs, which is the cherry on top of our stay here.

Our room balcony is so close to a balcony from next building, that we ended up chilling with an older lady almost every day. Nothing weird, but still there was no privacy lol.

I LOVED everything about this gem of a guesthouse! Blue, Mattha and their gang of helpers provided such a social and fun, open minded, niche environment. I checked out of my hotel a day early to come stay here for a week and I do not regret it. 420 friendly with a dispensary downstairs ,the interior is STUNNING and the staff are so helpful and friendly. a fab location surrounded by bars and eateries, a 7/11 a very short walk away and not too far from parks/markets. There is a laundrette next door and anything else you need - just ask! I will be returning very soon! big love to Blue & Mattha for making my last week in Chiang Mai an unforgettable one x💚x

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about Blue Dream! A second home to so many!

The location, Room size, Bathroom size (one of the biggest bathrooms in accommodations I have ever seen), Interior design, Excellent value for money especially for group of friends, The hosts are very friendly and easygoing

Our apartment was on the last floor (fourth floor as I remember) without an elevator so it was a little heavy to go up there with our luggage, The accommodation is located just above a 'coffee shop', so they are really 420 friendly - even though we were on the last floor we still could smell the 420 byproducts so if you have a problem with 420 or cant stand the smell of it I suggest that you skip accommodation

Great location and unique traditional Thai themed guesthouse. Each room had a unique style to it which made the entire experience unique! Owner was lovely and accommodating. All the staff there were excellent to be fair. We all hung out on my last night downstairs with other guests and had a great time! There is a Muay Thai gym right across the road and 7/11 a short walk away. But the location is very central and easy to get around. I will stay here again when I visit Chiang Mai again next year.

The Blue Dream guesthouse was such a great place to stay and is very central, surrounded by temples, restaurants and massages.. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 4, didn't want to leave. Our host Blue, was Incredible, and can organise/book anything you need from bus tickets to elephant visits. Great bud too. Best 420 friendly ever. Thanks Blue.

I didn't like that I had to leave

The owner blue is lovely, very accommodating and happy to help you find the best spots around town to enjoy your day. The room was big! Old style decor, the nice kind. The smoke there was very good quality and nicely priced. The cats are cool. Location is good. It's quiet inside.

That I didn't get the chance to stay longer although I lost some necklaces with sentimental value there, which were found after I left! So I will be going back soon for sure!

The vibe, friendly people and very easy going. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are quite soundproof. The location is perfect with all the shops you need right outside the door.

The room was very dark with a few too many lightbulbs broken.

Blue dream is a beautiful guesthouse ideally situated in the town centre near to lots of streetfood teahouses and dispensaries. Blue and the team make you feel like part of the family and have lots of ideas about what to do in chiang mai, plus if your a smoker this place is awesome!

The staff were very good, accommodating and knowledgeable about their services. Bed was comfortable and spacious it was a nice stay in Chiang Mai we will return in the future. There was many cats to our delight, they were extremely friendly and loved to be loved

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at, and very affordable. The staff and cats are very friendly and the decor is so beautiful. If you smoke, the weed is amazing, some of the best we’ve ever had. Won’t forget about this and will return!
