Place in the very good location in the old town,the hotel is new,the room very clean and the tv has Netflix!

New, modern and clean hotel with super friendly staff. Nice area to sit by reception (indoor and outdoor), a free bottle of water every day, free coffee/tea and a small selection of breakfast items. Location is perfect - very close to one of the main temples and gates in the old city and a supermarket just 2 minutes away.

The water temperature in the shower was difficult to get right - either too hot or too cold for some reason. Room a bit small with not much storage space.

Located in the heart of the old town. Very near the oldest temple in Chiangmai wat chiangmun. The room was clean, very comfortable and good value .

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in this hotel, the room was beautiful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Free coffee and snacks are provided downstairs 24 hrs a day, the staff were welcoming and the room was perfect for those looking for somewhere to rest. No restaurant in the hotel but there is so much around it is not needed! There is also a 7/11 across the road. We were able to walk to everything easily everyday!

This is a very nice hotel conveniently located in the heart of Chiang Mai’s old town. The staff were extremely helpful and amazing especially Kim and Aomsin.

Base room is a little claustrophobic as there isn’t a main window, there isn’t sufficient wardrobe or storage space and we couldn’t get the shower to an ambient temperature albeit it wasn’t too inconvenient.

Overall such a satisfactory stay. Warm and cozy. Very clean. Staff efficient and very helpful. Kudos go to the girl at reception; she suggested us a lot to visit and eat and be a very warm hearted Thai person. I love the vibe of the whole property, very homie though the room is not that big but very functional. Opposite the hotel is a travel agent who I would highly recommend. They seem to pay attention to details in decor and house keeping which I am a big fan of. This hotel gives off a boutique, warm vibe. I enjoyed my stay there!

Gorgeous little hotel in Chiang Mai’s old town. Newly opened (<1 year) with a really nice aesthetic. Staff are lovely and rooms are great. Would highly recommend!

The only negative was the noise level. The hotel’s floor and walls are primarily stone, which lends itself to echoing. The hotel room doors are not sufficiently insulated/thick enough so noise from the corridor/neighbouring rooms often travels in. Doors also have a tendency to slam.

The staff was very professional and polite. The bed for me was very comfortable and the room just right. The location is perfect.

I wish there was some place for clothes storage. I stayed for 15 days and tended to live out of the suitcase. The shower next to the toilet takes a bit getting used to. I push the shower head towards the wall and it seemed to help with the over splash.

Everything here is amazing. The team, the free snack bar and free bikes to ride around town are a bonus. The rooms are stunning and with everything you will need. Having a coffee on the front porch watching the city go by was a favourite. I stayed here three times in a month and I will definitely be back in the future.

I switched to this hotel last minute and so happy I did! It was such a comfy, cozy hotel, beautifully decorated and the best value I got in Thailand. Great location, will be back!

The room could be a bit bigger and the doors could close quieter.
