Lovely little space that felt zen and welcoming and old/new in the best ways. That vibe carries through from the room to the courtyard to the little counter and chair in front to grab a morning coffee. In old town, so walkable to everywhere, including the great Wat Chiang Man just nearby. Weather was excellent, maybe that’s why, but I had no issues with bugs. I wish I’d had more time in Chiang Mai, this is where I would have spent it happily!

Amazing location and great value, such a beautiful building! The garden is so lovely and the whole place has a real calm vibe. We would come back to a nice clean room every evening and the owners and staff were so welcoming. Highly recommended if you want an authentic stay in Chiang Mai!

If I’m being picky the bed/ pillows weren’t the comfiest! But the ones provided were still good and didn’t bring down our state :)

The location is really good. not too far from the busy area in the old town, but in a quiet alley. The owner and the staff are really nice and genuine.

The mattress is very hard to sleep on. Soundproof is not the best. We could hear two Chinese girls from China coming back at midnight and talking loudly and playing music and taking shower right next door.

Had the best time at Chiang Maan Residence. Owner is so warm & friendly! Checking in & out is a breeze! Location is quiet which was exactly what I am looking for & a few mins walk to the centre (Sunday night market). I stayed for two nights before & came back again. Definitely would recommend! ❤️
