Everything related to the accommodation was perfect. Clean, comfy, nice staff, laundry facilities next to it, great location and shower gel given every day.

The walls seemed to be thin as neighbors on our floor were quite loud. We were woken up at night multiple times by people coming back late. The hotel is really clean, but the cleaning ladies start cleaning at 8 am using a vacuum, hence doing noise.

The hotel was in a nice area, easily walkable to sights, restaurants and cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were available in the mornings. The entrance to the hotel was also very pretty. The room was comfortable and a good size for us.

The housekeeping will only replace water bottles and toiletries - they do not make up the beds but we didn't mind this. Also there is no lift in the building but only 3 floors so not too bad to climb.

The room and private bathroom we're very clean. The beds were among the comfiest we've had during our 3 weeks in Thailand. I'm a light sleeper, so being set back from the street and behind another building meant that it was very quiet for a good night's sleep, while being in a great location inside the old town, a short walk away from Lana square and the Sunday night markets etc. We are even able to bring out rented scooter in off the street and park in the private foyer.

The shower head struggled to stay in an upright position, making showering a little tedious, but this is a minor negative given all the positives. Would still strongly recommend

My third stay here in six years. Great location in the Old City for walking to restaurants, Sunday night market, Temples, massage & music venues. Anything farther away there is constant flow of Tuk Tuks, Songteaws & taxi’s past the hotel and/or parked out front. There is no restaurant here but plenty of great options within 10-15 minutes walk. The street is quiet at night with the exception of an occasional dog barking. Housekeeping here is the best I’ve seen anywhere in my extensive world travels. Three stays here, obviously I’m a fan. The friendly staff are exactly that; my friends. Highly recommend.

My only negative in 14 nights stay was an individual in the room next to me for six nights that wasn’t considerate to other guests with his late night habits. Once he checked out the hotel was peaceful.

The location was great! Close to 7 eleven and walking distance to the main area. The rooms were very clean and the shower was hot!! The staff were all very welcoming and helpful in particular Praew who helped me to get back something I left behind. When I contacted Praew about the lost property she put it away safe for me and packaged it up, she was always available to contact and helped send it with a grab driver that met me at the airport. Extremely grateful for Praew’s help. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We have been travelling for 6 months and I would say this is one of the best places, if not the best place, we have stayed at. Especially for the price. The staff are lovely, the room was immaculately clean, the staff conduct a clean every day if you would like and provide you with new towels and new bedsheets when needed. The hotel was located in a great position where you could walk to most places. The shower was powerful, the bed was comfortable and as two women we felt very safe.

Additionally, it's conveniently close to the temples, making it easy to visit these beautiful sites. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the accommodations. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure that guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The room was very clean, and the bed and sheets were extremely comfortable—almost like a five-star hotel, but at a fraction of the cost. I am very grateful for the wonderful experience I had and would love to stay there again when I return.

Great place to stay. The word "boutique" does not necessarily match the kind of concept of the property.

Very centrally located near temples, bars, restaurants and cafés. Staff were helpful. Area is busy but the hotel is tucked away so the room was quiet. Hot shower, room was cleaned and towels replaced every day. Water bottles provided every day. Extremely good value for money! Room was big enough for 2 people and to store 2 suitcases as well.

Beds were very firm, we asked for an extra comforter to put down on the mattress and the staff provided one very quickly and that did help some.
