Khun Kaew, the lady at the reception and caretaker is amazing!!! 10/10. She is very accommodating and friendly. The location is great - very near to Tha Phae gate and the market. There's also a massage place and vegan restaurant around the hostel.

It's a nice place and great value for money if you need a base to explore and don't plan on spending much time in there +Great design, I loved how they had made simple white walls so much more interesting and used the space well + Self check-in which meant you can come at any time. This was ideal when my flight arrived at 11.30pm and most other places don't have check-in that late any more +Drinking water in the room +Great AC +Great value for money, really affordable

There's no real common area and the room just had a bed; so it's great for the night but not really a place to spend a lot of time during the day if the weather is bad, and not a place to meet people

It was a very nice stay, rooms were clean and quiet. We really liked the interior and the drawings it was amazing. Rooms were comfortable and the localization was perfect.

It would be better if garbage were taken off daily, unfortunately they didn't took it out for all of our stay

Check in process was not smooth. Confusing and unsupportive. I did not see any staff the entire time I stayed, except one cleaning lady who I asked to extend my stay one night.

The decoration of the place is amazing, truly unique! Location was great, right in the old city. Lots of places to eat around + near shops. Friendly locals. Working AC. Cute balconies on each floor that you can enjoy a view from!

Beds were not super comfortable. My room didn't have windows (only ones that were made from textured glass so almost no light came into the room). Also I lost a pair of leggings and I'm not sure if it was here but they said they didn't find anything. Yet I'm not sure I could've lost it anywhere else. Not certain so I won't blame them but it's a bit strange.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel in the middle of a busy market area. It was clean, comfortable, and great value for money.

The property sits inside the oldtown and shops are just very close!

Just the walls are pretty thin that you could hear people passing by at night.

Beautiful hotel (I really loved the design!).The property was in the perfect location and within walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend staying at Roomquest Chiang Mai Tha Phae, as it is great value for money.
