Good location in a great neighborhood, walkable and close to laundry and many restaurants and shops.

Communication was a challenge with the female owner, however her son was only a phone call away. The bed was very hard. I woke up with a sore back every single morning for two weeks.

The staff is very kind. The hotel is run by a family. They allowed us to check-in early on the day of our arrival and to leave our luggage with them until evening on the day of our check-out. The location is also very good, near a food market and several bakeries

The location is excellent, just 10 minute walk from the centre of the old city. We could walk everywhere comfortably. The owners were the nicest people, always made sure we had enough of everything. When we needed help printing our visas they we’re very helpful and let us use their computer and printer no hassle at all. The room was perfectly comfortable and exactly as described. Great value. Would stay here again.

There was no hot water in the shower really, but every place in Thailand is the same so I wouldn’t complain about this to be honest. It was perfectly usable.

The place was new and clean. There is a nice small backyard just outside the room. The bed was comfortable. The location is just perfect if you ask me - short walk to many nice restaurants and bars

really homely, really cosy, at the very corner of the old town. Located at the corner of the old city. Quiet area but definitely not far from the touristy area of Chiang Mai.

Hosts were amazing... so friendly and kind. Location was great.... very quiet and close to restaurants and walking distance to attractions.

The bed was right in the door path to room.
