The joy of every person on the team from front of house right through security. Cleaner who Even left me a present! The chef in the restaurant and the waiters. So helpful. Even remembering to say Mai phet mai if we forgot. Getting old you do tend to become a little forgetful. There is a small step in the walkway through to the bathroom and mini bar. Be careful this old duck managed to stub the same toe twice! Not a problem the staff provided two extra mats. How kind they were.

I wish I had realised our room had no window in the living/bedroom only the big one in the bathroom. And the step. But I got used to picking my tired old legs up!

Great location in the old city. Close to the Sunday night market and all key areas. Two 7-Eleven supermarkets only 5 mins away. Staff amazing, friendly and looked after all our needs, including arranging for us to have an excellent private driver for a couple of days for some out of town excursions. Beautiful pool. Thoughtful additional items such as dressing gowns for the swimming pool and a clothes horse for drying wet items. Thai decoration throughout which made us feel we were living the local experience. Definitely would recommend. We would repeat our stay if we are ever back in Chiang Mai.

Location was amazing, right in old town near to restaurants etc. The hotel was very comfortable, great pool - long opening hours meant we could enjoy at the end of our days out. Staff were really helpful....breakfast was great.....bed was super comfortable and rooms were really clean. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to others - great value for money.

There wasn't a lot not to like about this hotel. The room was a little dated and the sheets had a little hole/worn - however, this didn't detract from the comfort! When we first went into the room, it was a bit weird not having a window - however, didnt give this a second thought afterwards. Air con was great. (window was in bathroom area). Would still recommend and absolutely would stay here again.

We loved this hotel, the staff were really friendly and attentive. The hotel it's self is eclectic and full of random stuff. The open restaurant has an outside feel to it. The breakfast is the same each day but varied enough to change it up for a short stay. The food in the restaurant was tasty. The pool area is quite small but spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again. The location was great for the first time in Chiang Mai.

If i had to choose something, it would be the pool area is quite small and 2 separate families parked themselves at each end, which left little room for anyone else to chill and relax and enjoy a bit of relaxation, it would be an excellent hotel if it was adults only.

The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully decorated throughout and has a lovely restaurant area and generous sized pool where you can order food and drinks. We used the hotel’s laundry service twice and it was absolutely amazing! They washed, dried and folded everything into a neat bag on the same day and this was 80 THB per kilo - so reasonable! The room was lovely and spacious with a HUGE bathroom and bed! The AC worked perfectly too. It was also nicely decorated and so quirky. Housekeeping was brilliant, fresh towels and bedding were provided daily. The location was also excellent, a 5 minute walk and you were into the square of bars, street food and night markets. The square also had live music playing each night too! Staff were really friendly and so helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here!

Nothing not to love!

The location was so convenient for exploring old city. It was so close to the Sunday night market, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also loved the wood furniture. The balcony was spacious and had a nice view of the bats flying around sunset. It is a little noisy at night due to all the activity on the street but that is to be expected in that part of town. I actually enjoyed hearing how vibrant the city is at night.

I loved everything about the property, I just have a suggestion. Mosquito nets over the beds would be very much so appreciated, especially for people like me who mosquitoes absolutely love.

Location was great walking distance to bars temples, city wall, the staff was worm but pleasant. Love that old charm of the rooms and the surrounding landscape of the property. This hotel has a lot of Thai charm.

Beds were hard, too hard, and the bathrooms needed a face life very outdated. My ac did not work, and they changed my room. The tv in the rooms was different from the next no set standards. We had 3 different rooms with friends, and all the tvs were different. Some tv work, breakfast was ok,

The room was very large and well appointed. The spa bath was large and the room was cool and very pleasant. The location was good, being close to many places of interest. The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was fabulous - it was different every day, with lots of hot and cold choices - Thai and European. We never needed lunch after our big breakfast. The pool was lovely and refreshing after a hot day out and it was not full of noisy guests.

The room did not have tea making facilities despite that being advertised. It had only a noodle maker that could warm water but not boil it! The shower would often not get warm unless we let the water run for about 10 to 15 minutes first which was very wasteful and we did not know the first few days so had cold showers.

Rooms are big decorated in a traditional Thai style and fully equipped( electric kettle, fridge, safe deposit box.. Comfortable bed, Bathroom big with tub and also a separate shower. Great location in old quarter near main attractions, restaurants, 7/11, money exchange and a nice court food near by. Staff is very kind and professional. Special mention to Ms Nam an Pai at front desk Nice swimming pool with a garden as well..Assorted breakfast.

All rooms have windows, but according to the floor or part of the building some could be little bit dark..

The location is amazing. Its right at the old town but somehow feels very secluded. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is great.

House keeping service did a quick job so the baby bed wasnt cleaned at all the entire week unless we did it, sometimes they forgot to restock soaps and didnt provide enough towels for the amount of people in the room. Also, the restaurant service never answers calls (at the pool or from the room) which was annoying. I think those things are easy fixes to really improve the level of the hotel.
