The hotel was very nice and was on the street the sunday market takes place which was very convenient! However, there is a bar across the street which did keep us up till quite late as we could here the music from our room. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day and i had bought a drink which came in a bamboo glass which was accidentally taken by housekeeping (i guess they have so much bamboo the consider it as rubbish as the drink was finished). Because I wanted to keep it i spoke to the reception which were very apologetic and sent me 2 new ones to the next hotel i was staying at in Bangkok! They arrived within two days, i was amazed! The staff were lovely and did everything to make it right! Very accommodating! Thank you! Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay The hotel is very central - a good thing. The rooms were perfect, bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was ideal as it was hot outside. Staff were very helpful and breakfasts done quickly and were yummy.

Nothing obvious comes to mind. We had a nice stay.

Location was good, room was cleaned every day, staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us to book trip.

I think we were unlucky and we got room without window so was always dark and it was hard to wake up morning. Also there was no open bar for breakfast just you had to order from menu, I know that the reason is that less food is being wasted but I think open breakfast is some kind of advantage. And our room was kind of small.

we had two connected rooms. clean and comfy.

we couldn’t find one of the plastic card keys for the room and they charged us some ridiculous fee.

Lovely relatively small hotel, well situated in the Old town. Our room was large, with a large comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities and a large smart tv. The bathroom was also large, although there was no bath, the shower was a really good size with good pressure and no issues with hot water. There were plenty of toiletries available including shampoo, conditioner and toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff were very sweet and helpful and the wifi was exceptional. We stayed in various 5 star hotels on our trip and this 4 star was more comfortable than all of then.

The option of breakfast would've been a bonus but not a deal breaker for this lovely hotel, as there are plenty of restaurants locally that served breakfast.

Everything, great location and and the price, the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is my place to stay if I visit Chiang Mai again for sure, will highly recommend. Walkable to most restaurants and temples.

The location is superb, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great.

The only fruit available was watermelon, melon, pineapple and dragon fruit; no mango although we found it in the street The Benedict eggs were served cold.

Best location, easy access many key touristy places by foot. Use grab , I typically pay 90-110 baht to far away places due to the central location. Sunday night market is just along the hotel main road. Several food and cafe options nearby.

Water pressures from shower is weaker . Hot water temperatures is not stable, either too hot or not hot.

Location is excellent, about 10mins from the airport. And the centre of the night market on Sunday. Staffs were very friendly and breakfast was good.

We got a room with balcony, but was right beside the tree. Can hear the chattering from the night market on Sunday as we are only are 2nd floor, if you are those sensitive to sound, then might not be suitable.

1. Shower space is without shower curtains, so I need to be careful not to make the floor wet and slippery. 2. Glass between shower space and bedroom is nearly transparent. It’s awkward.
