Very nice hotel Lovely and clean The staff are brilliant Kenny the hotel manager us so helpful Shame they don't serve food but it's such a good location it didn't really matter I shall certainly stay at Momo Hotel when I return to Chiang Mai

Amazing staff!! The female manager was AMAZING- nothing was too much trouble- we checked out early in the morning as we didn’t fly late that night, I offered to pay for them to keep our bags and allow us to use the shower later that day- she would not take any payment- IT WAS ALL FREE, she saved our bags all day and let us shower and change, she gave us fresh towels to use and didn’t charge us any extra- all complimentary- amazing location - lovely modern clean rooms- right on the street- the street market was on the Saturday and it was peaceful and amazing

The location is perfect. You are in the center of the old town. This hotel is perfect for people who want to see a lot of Chang Mai and the old city. The rooms and equipment are nice and the staff is helpful. This hotel is for people who want to explore and need an affordable place to stay in the old city!

If you want to relax by the pool and relaxing is your main goal, this is not the hotel for you. The pool does not have many hours of sunshine..

It was very well located opposite a temple in a busy street with shops and restaurants. On Sunday afternoon the street was turned into a walking street full of stalls with food, all sorts of crafts, clothes etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. At night, it was quiet and we slept really well. The beds were comfortable.

It would be good if the hotel offered breakfast although there were several restaurants nearby. The swimming pool area could also be better. In our opinion, it was not very inviting.

Well situated, right in the middle of the Sunday night market and central for everything. It's in the old town which is higher than the river so was entirely unaffected by the flooding at the time. Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable. The pool was clean and warm. It's a short walk to the city gate where some excursions picked up passengers.

The property has a really good location being right in the centre of the square it’s easy to walk to different places. The Sunday night market is right at the front of the hotel however at night as our room faced the pool we couldn’t hear it.

In our room we can hear everything from other rooms. The aircon also makes alot of noise which didn’t help our sleep in the middle of the night.

Great location in the old town. Easy to walk or get a tuktuk to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were very friendly although there weren't any facilities except for the pool (no where to get food or drinks) Room was very comfortable although slightly small. Bathroom was fantastic.

Slightly small room with nowhere to really unpack or store luggage for 2 people. Also mirror was in an awkward position to effectively use.

- Pool - Spacious rooms - Good air-con - Good WiFi - Clean - Polite staff - Round corner from Temples. - 10 minute walk to Lanna market and nightlife. - Very good location.

Cons (Bad points) - Aircon in our room, rattled and affected sleep - The bar didn’t look like it was ever open, looked maybe it was being refurbished.

The location is exactly in the centre of the old town, ideal to explore the templates. If you decide to visit the night market though, you have to walk about 20-30 minutes or grab Tuk-Tuk for 100 baht. Cleanliness is perfect and the swimming pool fulfills the atmosphere.
