The staff are great and really make you feel at home. As soon as you come from off the street it’s very quiet and lovely. Great breakfast and amazing location. It son the street of the Sunday night market so it’s great to be so close to the action and I will definitely be back!

The spa needs some work. The two foot massage I got were amazing. I wish I could remember there names. The Thai massage were interesting! And they did not understand the concept of lighter pressure. I was bruised by them a few times by last massage. I almost ended it early a few times as the lady would not go lighter and gave my multiple bruises. I get massages at home monthly and this has never been a problem.

Many key sightseeing points, good quality restaurants, services are within a stone throw. Direct pool access from your doorstep helps entertain the kids all day and keep parents worry-free. Staffs are kinds, friendly, relaxed, attentive to our specific needs. My pre check-in requests were arranged without remainders (unlike many other hotels)

Our room would benefit from a little freshen up on a few details to keep facilities in check and raise the bar.

Beautiful hotel. I love the way it was designed and all the little details. The location was perfect, and the staff was very friendly/welcoming. There was so much in walking distance.

The WiFi constantly disconnected around the hotel. The bed was noticeably hard, and the linens weren’t the best, but that seemed to be a thing everywhere outside of Bangkok. Lastly, breakfast wasn’t great. The fruit and pastries are buffet style, and they had set meals you could choose from. Basically eggs cooked in your preferred style with the same sides. I found the eggs to be undercooked in every variation. Overall, not horrible, but not the best breakfast experience.

The public spaces are partially open to the outside and therefore you can feel the outside temperature and wind. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During our time the pool was under renovation but they arranged to use the pool of a nearby hotel and even a larger pool from again another hotel including the transport by taxi. Super. Breakfast is good with enough choices for both western and asian food.

Awesome location! Literally in the center of activities. Sunday night market is literally in front of the building. Close to the airport, and most activities will come pick you up. Plenty of temples and shopping nearby. Food is everywhere

The lobby is in a structure 100 years old, but it looks great. I wouldn't have believed the guests' rooms were only 15 years old. Seemed older. Also, this is a REAL hotel. You get charged for just about everything as you would in a regular larger hotel.

The pictures made the property look huge but it is not a big resort. However, it is still very good. The location is convenient to explore temples in the city center. The hotel is very quiet at night and relaxing. If you want more clubbing/nightlife, you might want to look around night bazaar, but it is fairly easy to get a tuk tuk to go anywhere in chiang mai.

Too many mosquitoes at the lobby but they have sprays for you to use

Location of the hotel in the city center close to many tempels, and at the Sunday market street. High end look & feel. Clean. Very kind staff, quick in supporting any request.

Breakfast area is small and feels cramped quickly. Coffee/tea and food requests take a long time to process. The hotel is small in size. The photos are reasonable, but give a more spacious impression than reality.

Lovely property. The staff is very helpful and organise whatever you need with a smile. The location is brilliant. It's at the heart of the old town and within walking distance from some of the milestone temples, the eating joints and the flea market. The property is clean and well-managed. The breakfast is decent.

In case you prefer firm mattresses please mention it upfront. They have a soft mattress as an add-on which in my case was lumpy and uncomfortable. They removed it and provided a firm mattress at my request. There are no lifts on the property but they inform you prior to your arrival and they have someone to help with the luggage so it is not a bother. If you have a problem with stairs then you may want to reconsider.

Very beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town in Chiang Mai. The pool area is very cozy and it’s amazing to refresh after sightseeing. The deluxe room is spacious and equipped with kettle and coffee - very nice in the morning. Breakfast has a lot of choices and very delicious. Every room with a balcony. The most of the staff is very friendly and helpful

The Building is not very soundproofed - so a little bit noise at night

Staff were superb! Lovely extra the resort offers free bikes to explore Chiang Mai which we used. Nice private deck with a day bed looking over the pool area. Great location.

Loungers go quickly and some guests leave their belongings on it for hours without using it so they have it when they return later.
