Location was amazing, off a super quiet road right in the mix of the Sunday night market and temples. The facilities were amazing - we hired the hotel bikes/locks and cycled to the monks trail which worked well and was really enjoyable for less than 100TBH for 24hours. The shower was hot for us. There was a launderette a few doors down. The hotel also provided us with a packup breakfast for our day trip to the mountains. We enjoyed unwinding after our days with a cocktail the staff took to the poolside. Super chill vibes, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Really recommend. Near to several 7-11's and great internet connection.

Ugh I could’ve stayed here another few days. The staff was so friendly and helpful whenever we needed something, the room was so comfy and spacious, the location was bang on to walking everywhere - the night bazaar 20mins and bars & restos everywhere, there was breakfast and lunch served for extra $ but similar prices to all the nearby spots, the pool (!!!!) was perfect and a great place to have a relaxing day or two, there were board games available to play and heaps of books to read from. It looked like they would help you book a cooking class or elephant sanctuary etc. They also had a laundry service available. I mean this place did it all. I would stay here again next time I’m in Chiang Mai without a doubt!!!

Honestly nothing bad to say about this place.

The location is perfect, easily accessible within walking distance to main spots. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean and comfortable. The double bed comes with four pillows, adding an extra touch of comfort. I would definitely stay here again!

The fridge occasionally makes noise, which could affect your sleep quality. Additionally, sounds from the neighborhood, such as a baby crying or dogs barking, can be a bit disruptive at night. The door lock also feels less secure than expected—hopefully, the hotel can improve this for a proper safety.

The location of the hotel was superb. Right in the heart of the city, close to the principal city points, and a 1 minute walk to the sunday market, which is a huge night market in Chiang Mai. Breakfast was chosen from a few options provided, not buffet, but was enough and very good. The pool was very well located, and the hotel provided towels for pool usage.

There was no locker in the room, just in the reception, in the common area. There is a deposit fee that has to be paid at the entrance and, if nothing is broken, is given back at the end. Should be stated in the reservation.

The pool was great, loungers in the shade. Very close to amazing eateries, shopping, temples.and Sunday Night Market. Good.food options in lobby, great coffee. There are board.games.in lobby to play with kids and bikes to hire. 7/11 close by, 2.min walk and laundry service 60 b / kg (same day service) next door.

The rooms.were small (2 adults,.2 kids), the bathroom wasn't the best, no door on the shower, so it made the entire bathroom.toilet and all saturated. The shower head pointed to the top of the wall.so it couldn't reach any of us. Lucky ours had a hand hold option, so we.could.take the head off to wash. We were given old pool towels with holes as replacement.towels daily rather than white towels. Linen is not professiinally.cleaned. They wash and hang out from upstairs of hotel. They give you mugs in the room but no jug. So no tea and coffee.facility, no biggy with 40.B coffee downstairs. No lift only stairs if you have issues with that.

Hotel pool was amazing and its location was fantastic since everywhere was surrounded by plants, simulating we were in the jungle. The staff was also exceptional since they helped us every time we needed. They informed us about several activities to do in Chiang Mai such as zipline or visiting ethical elephant sanctuaries and they contacted and booked for us the activities we liked more. If I go back to Chiang Mai I would book with them again without doubts. Totally recommended.

The property is almost right across the street from one of the most beautiful temples in Chiang Mai and right beside the Sunday street market - so the perfect location downtown, but still tucked away in a quiet alley. The rooms are clean, the pool is lovely, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There is also a great cooking school right next door (Baan Thai). We also rented bikes from the hotel to explore with.

We had stayed 3 times at Lamphu House Bangkok and were anxiously awaiting our stay at Lamphu House Chiang Mai. We were not disappointed! A lovely hotel in the old Town in Chiang Mai, very kind, attentive and helpful staff, very well kept and, for those who wish to avail of it, a beautiful pool for swimming and relaxing. A very good address in Chiang Mai, one that we highly recommend to travelers visiting Chiang Mai.

The pool was magnificent. The room itself was nice and spacious. We really enjoyed that the hotel offered to book the outings and had a discount in some cases.

We disliked that their was no shower curtain in the bathroom that made the entire bathroom wet. We would suggest to either add a shower curtain or a squeegee to the bathroom. The bathroom also had no a/c and had an open window to the outside, making it quite warm inside the bathroom. If the door of the bathroom was open, the a/c in the bedroom would have a lot of difficulty keeping it cool. For some people, the bed might be quite hard.

Little peace of paradise in the middle of the city. One of the most beautiful accommodation we’ve had in Thailand. The pool is gorgeous, surrounded by plants and trees and very clean. The rooms are very spacious. We stayed on the ground floor and the bathroom was amazing, we had a view to all the plants outside. Taking a shower in the evening with the lights on in the little outside space was very relaxing. Close to some amazing local restaurants.

The breakfast wasn’t great and there were no drinks being sent to the pool but that wasn’t that much of a problem for us.
