Very good location for sightseeing, kind staff, clean and beautiful room, reasonable price. They gave me 2 bottles of water every day, it was so helpful. The front staff was almost always at the front, easy for asking and talking them.

Wi-Fi quality was not good, I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi in my room so I had to buy additional data pack for get online. I asked the staff to solve this problem but during my stay it wasn't solved. The credit card machine wasn't working so payment was only for cash, it was so inconvinient for me.

You cannot beat the location! Right near the Sunday Walking Market and you can walk to the Tha Phae Gate. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Most tours will pick you up for free from this location. The room is large and spacious. Staff were friendly and even let me borrow bowl and cutlery as I had dinner delivered one night when I returned late from a tour. They made up my room everyday very quickly if I left the door sign out.

The door to my bathroom didn’t close properly which wasn’t an issue as I travelled alone but may have been annoying for anyone travelling with a friend etc. The rooms aren’t very sound proof, as in you can hear people in the hallway quite easily but people were respectful during late hours and I had no issues sleeping at night.

I visited Chiang Mai on short notice and this was the only property available for the length of time needed that seemed to meet my standards. It is located right in town of a main street, and is within walking distance to most things within the old town. The hotel is tucked away and makes you take your shoes off at the door (slippers provided). The room had everything I needed and the AC (important) worked perfectly. I would have spent more to say somewhere else that was 'nicer,' as this was a fairly bare bones establishment, but the staff were helpful and friendly and all of my needs were met. It was a very pleasant surprise for way less than I was planning to spend during my stay to Chiang Mai.

We had very beautiful room on 4th floor with great view. The staff were nice and warm. I was a little bit nervous after reading comments on G maps, but personally we had 0 problems here. This is safe and nice place with good authentic design. And for that location price is 100% good. We had nice room with no humidity, good air-con, clean and nice-looking room with good hot water pressure and in a convenient location. The sheets, towels etc were clean with no stains. They provided some toiletries and water as well. The location is actually perfect! Walkable distance to everything. So, overall experience is great!

Actually, as we had heavy luggage, it was a little bit inconvenient to use the stairs without elevator or any assistance. Secondly, the room was super clean, while stairs (and they asked to take off our shoes) were not clean for walking without shoes, they were like regular stairs 🤷‍♀️

This hotel in the heart of Chiang mai is a lovely place, the beds were very comfortable and the room had great a/c. The bathroom was lovely and clean. The location is excellent very close to everything 7 eleven and many restaurants and a huge market on a Sunday.

The staff were not very friendly and although it does say they have laundry facilities they do not. They don't even have an iron or a hair dryer. These small things would make the place amazing.

The hotel has nice large rooms with all accommodations you need at a nice spot in the old town. The staff is very helpful. You get some tea and coffee packs for free, as well as a snack. Room service is included.

The first room we were shown was at the ground floor and seemed/smelled a bit moist. We were able to switch to a room on the 3rd floor which had a much nicer scent and feel. Would not recommend staying on the ground floor.

I loved all the windows in the room (so different from so many other properties - some don’t even have 1 window!) and the Western style shower/bathroom were clean and had hot water.

I noticed that some people had issues with taking their shoes off before going to their rooms, but it was fine for me - you just had to remember! This way, it keeps the inside cleaner

Perfect location for where I needed to be. The room is very very spacious.

Would love to have light by bedside or power switch so won't need to get out of bed to turn off the light. Some sort of separation between shower and toilet so there is some dry area of the bathroom.

Great location - 5 min walk from main areas including markets. Staff were so friendly and helpful, cleaned our room everyday, and if we didn’t want it cleaned they’d leave us water out at reception to collect. It’s down a small alley but there is a blue sign at the end to help you find it! I would stay here again.

Only thing I’d say is the air con blows towards the window rather than on us because of its placement so the room could get warm, but we didn’t find it a real issue!

The room was great, the location is excellent and staff was nice as well. We got a room with a nice view luckily.

There weren't any lifts and I had heavy luggage so getting it up and down was a bit of a struggle. They also didn't have an iron which I was disappointed by.
