The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location. Close to many temples, shops, markets and restaurants etc. We walked to most places. The room itself was nice and had one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Overall, I'd definitely recommend booking here as a good central location for exploring Chiang Mai.

There was limited storage space if staying for more than a few nights. For example, between two of us there was only 3 hangers and no drawers etc. Overall not a huge issue though. There was also no safe available in the room, which we always prefer.

Quiet part of town and close by to everything (walked mostly everywhere). 3 mins from 7-11, laundry services downstairs, two restaurants directly to the right of the entrance, money exchange across the road, and a cannabis cafe on the corner (they are unavoidable)

Not an issue for me, but should be noted that there are no lifts here. Not ideal for elderly or very young children, or those with issues climbing steps (max 4 storey).

The location was near the key points in the Old Town whether on foot or on a bike. The room was spacious and bathroom is clean. I loved the free use of bikes, this was our main transportation mode that enabled us to go go around at our own pace and fast enough.

I wish they had prepared the rooms for our arrival such as turning the AC and lights on ahead of time. Walking into a musty-smelling and humid room isn't the best arrival experience. Additionally, my expectation was that the cups would be cleaned after use however it wasn't - althought the staff happily cleaned it upon request. Lastly, there is no lift. This is not great for travellers with rolling luggages. This matter could be addressed with a helping staff.

We couldn’t ask for a better location- in a prime area of old town walking distance to several restaurants, bars, temples, and night market. The room was also very charming, spacious, had an old town feel but with modern appliances and comfort. I loved watching the sunrises from the balcony.

No elevator and steep stairs so getting up to the 4th floor w/all our luggage was a bit challenging.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Decoration of the room, with balcony, confortable space for few days staying. Has kettle & refrigerator. Good location behind the busy touristic street, and it is easy to walk to many popular locations. Nice restaurants around.

Firstly, the location is absolutely amazing; it's walking distance from most of the major sites in the oldtown area. The room was clean, well taken care of. But the best thing about this hotel was the staff! They were super friendly and went out of their way to really help us out. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you guys!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Chiang Mai! The location was central to everything and allowed us to walk everywhere. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the mountains!

The only downside was the lack of elevator, however the staff took care of our bags which was so helpful and made it a non-issue.

Perfect location. Friendly and supportive staff. There is no lift in the hotel and staff delivered all our suitcases to the 4th floor.

No lift (elevator) 4 floor hotel and no elevator. Narrow and high stairs.

The customer service was excellent. Rooms were clean. I would like to thank Joe for looking after us. He offered us customer service of the highest level. Thank you Joe and Kiman we look forward to seeing you guys again in the future. Highly recommend!
