The room was bigger than I expected and all the snacks and drinks in the room as well as the lobby were free. The location is very good because you're in the center but in a quiet street which is very good. The breakfast is good. All the staff was very welcoming and nice.

The sink in the bathroom is tiny and was difficult even to brush your teeth properly even though it doesn't need to be that small because the bathroom is quite big. For breakfast you need to fill a paper everyday even though on the first day a staff member told us that we didn't need to do it if it was the same, but then they came to our room around 10pm to fill the paper.

It’s clean modern and centrally located with friendly staff. The room and reception have complimentary drinks, snacks and fruit.

I’ve stayed here before,but there have been changes. You now have to order breakfast the day before, but you don’t always know what you want until the morning of breakfast. During our stay there were no other residents eating, perhaps a buffet is appropriate.

There is not a real breakfast… couple of things to take from a table (cereal, coffee, bread and tea). There was some fruits in the fridge but it does not invite to take a seat and eat. The bathroom sink could be bigger.

Amazing location! Right next to so many shops and massage places. The hotel also has a little grab and go station for drinks and snacks right out front. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely and in the sun. The room was clean and comfy! You get so many complimentary snacks and drinks everyday.

The pool was dirty and had lots of bird poop in it. The toilet was in an awkward position and your knees hit the shower in our room.

Staff, location, tea time at Chala 6 was nice. Free waters, coffee, snacks at our hotel at all times. At Chala 6 tea time, you get free coffee/beverages and snacks. Worth checking out. Overall, fairly happy with my stay.

Wi-Fi was bad. Lucky I had data that I used so I could work from the hotel. Room was lacking mirrors and bathroom sink is tiny and the shower is small if you're relatively tall. I'm 5 10" and I had to duck so my head didn't hit the shower head.

Such a gem perfectly located in the very center of Chiang Mai. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The staff is extremely kind and make you feel so welcome. The complimentary drinks and light breakfast is awesome! Nice with a small fitness room, I did a few runs on the threadmill. I would return to this place again. Also, its a really cute street and right next to Sunday market and everything you need in Chiang Mai!

As others have mentioned the zink in the bathroom are too small and not handy for washing your face. Too many pidgeons in the pool area.

The hotel is spotless clean, nicely decorated and the staff are super nice. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. What I really appreciated at Chanla No.2 was the complimentary snacks and drinks, such as the mini bar with bottled water, two beers and snacks which was restocked each day. There’s a little coffee machine, juice and cereal/snack area open all day which are complimentary as well. Just a nice change from other hotels that will charge these at a premium.

The hotel has an excellent location and outstanding staff service. A highlight was the complimentary fruit service and afternoon tea, which exceeded expectations. The free minibar was also a nice bonus, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Its a small and cozy hotel, in the best place of the old city. You are close to the temples, to the street markets, the turism agencies. The staff is very lovely.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of the old city. The breakfast was also good, and I appreciated the complimentary fruits and minibar drinks. A great stay overall!
