A Dream Come True at Vila Sirilanna - Chiang Mai We stayed in a Lanna Junior Suite King Bed with Spa Bath and Private Balcony, and it was absolutely magical. The room was stunning, beautifully decorated in traditional Lanna style, perfectly blending elegance and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with genuine smiles. A special mention to the receptionist, who was incredibly attentive and provided excellent recommendations for vegetarian restaurants and nearby massage spots. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old City, making it easy to explore Chiang Mai. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!

10/10 front desk employees who always went ABOVE and beyond! Truly so nice and helpful. I was very impressed. 10/10 cleaning staff always made our room beautiful and staff was up keeping the hotel frequently 10/10 staff in breakfast cafe were so nice! I was so happy to see them every morning, and they made us a lovely coffee and egg breakfast every morning - thank you! 10/10 laundry services ! Although a bit expensive this saved us much time on our trip 10/10 tour guide assistance from Anong was very helpful ! She helped us on our last night in Chiang Mai book a lovely tour 10/10 room decor and ambiance of hotel is so beautiful 10/10 walking distance to many good massage shops, and yummy restaurant !

We were on first floor and the guest above us kept opening and closing doors or cabinets all night, because furniture is heavy wood I would have to wear ear plugs every night. This is a small issue compared to the great experience we had here.

This was my partner's favorite hotel during our travels in Asia. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful & the room was absolutely gorgeous! The whole hotel has a very tasteful mix of classic & modern touches. The bathroom & room were very large, and we loved having a balcony that overlooked the pool. The hotel was always incredibly clean, and we loved the facilities. The pool was small but cozy, and we loved the opportunity to order drinks from there :) The location is absolutely central and there are so many options for good food! The Sunday night market is also quite close, don't miss out on it! We hope to be back very soon!

The breakfast had a good mix of Asian & Western options, though I would have appreciated more vegan protein options like tofu, and soy milk that wasn't mixed with cow's milk. That being said, omnivores & vegetarians will definitely be happy with the options!

We loved our stay here! The king room was gorgeous with a beautiful bathroom and tub. Everyone was kind and helpful. There is a place to book excursions for the day which was great. We actually got a tailor recommendation from them. There is a breakfast buffet every day with changing Thai options and an egg menu to choose from. The best part for us was how central the location is. We came back to the hotel multiple times a day because there was so much to do within a 15 minute walk!

The travel/excursion guide booking service was exceptional. Attentive and listens to what you want and provides good recommendations as well! The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful as well

Our staff Nawat/Yeen/Amp and Mon just to name a few were exceptional in all aspects of customer service. Each day we were greeted with smiles and faces that remembered not only our names, and our room numbers, but also our breakfast favourites as well as our coffee and juice orders. What a delightful group of young professionals. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. The Villa is well situated and value for money AND the pool was very refreshing on a hot day ! The breakfast food variety was impressive, both Thai and Western food on offer. I highly recommend the Villa Sirilanna to all who visit Chiang Mai.

The hotel is right in the city center, yet very quiet thanks to good soundproofing. The room was spacious with a four-poster bed, a beautiful bath, a vanity table, and a huge shower, all with a charming colonial feel. On arrival we got a welcome drink, and the room came with snacks and drinks which made us feel instantly at home. The young staff are super friendly and eager to help; with a bit more senior guidance, service could be even stronger. Overall, a lovely and welcoming stay.

The one area with room for improvement is the restaurant. For a hotel in this category, the breakfast buffet could be more inspiring — some of the hot dishes looked a bit tired, and the cappuccino felt more like something from an office machine than a barista coffee. Dinner was fine, but you can find tastier options for a better price just outside the hotel. The young team works hard and is very service-minded, so with a bit more senior guidance and an upgrade to the food & beverage concept, the dining experience could easily reach the same high level as the rest of the hotel.

I got discounts from booking.com to book this place and it was quite reasonable. The location is very convenient and the staff is friendly. The buffet breakfast is nice, saving us from finding food to eat. The room is decorated really nice with a traditional vibe.

I have high standards of cleanness, so the back of the toilet needs a probably wipe down - around the edges. It was black and I wiped it myself 😅

Stayed a couple of nights and was very satisfied. Lovely hotel in the middle of the old town. Very large room, a nice if small pool and very friendly staff. They even brought me a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday for me. 🙂 Would definitely stay here again.

I had a room without a balcony, so it was a little dark.

The staff was awesome, everyone was happy and very helpful. Room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed, and the cleaning staff worked around our itinerary. The hotel is in a great spot for exploring by foot or a short cab ride. Restaurants, Saturday and Sunday Markets, temples, all close by. The night market is really close too. We also used the staff to make arrangements for several day trips. Everything went well!

Nothing too major. Some of the motor bikes are a bit loud when they pass, but you are in the heart of the old city and get used to it.
