Great breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, toast and eggs. Other options were available. And the Coffee was fantastic. Hotel is off the main roads and a little tricky to find at first. However, it was quiet throughout the day. They do have beer available while you sit around the pool when not visiting Chiang Mai. The staff was absolutely awesome and did arrange for a taxi for me to get back to the airport.

Nothing really. I could say the rooms were a touch spartan but that would be harsh. Fact is this is a great place.

located in the old city, it's a stone's throw away from restaurants, shops, and night market. the room size was reasonable, with working AC shower and basic amenities. the bed was comy as well. staff were polite and helpful though you need to be patient with translation. price point is reasonable as well; definitely value for money 👌

Our room was located on the first floor (no elevator), it was spacious and clean enough. The reception 24/24 is good, so if you need anything, they are always there to help, we asked them to book a cooking class and get our laundry delivered to the hotel. Everything is walking distance 10-15min. There is also a pool, although we didn't use it.

The street where the hotel is located is very narrow, so not all the grabs or taxi enter there, so you need to reach the main road (100mt).

Our room was lovely and clean, felt modern and we got fresh water each day. The staff were so friendly and helped us arrange pick ups etc from the hotel, they definitely made our stay in Chiang Mai special! We had gone on a cooking class and took some left overs back with us and the kitchen staff kindly heated it up for us which we are very grateful for!

Not a bad thing for us but the pool was closed for maintenance although there didn’t look like there was much space to lounge around by it. Location was good, if anything it would have been nicer to have been a bit closer to the night market but it’s still within walking distance. Overall we loved our stay and we will definitely stay again.

Good location although there could be a larger lit sign that would be able to be seen from the street corner.

Taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel One entrance from the alley off the Main Street should be the directions given on the hotel card. The other street , down a dark meandering lane was not a good choice for taxis to drop off.

Really liked the location of the hotel, within walking distance to all main attractions to see in Chiang Mai, has loads of restaurants around and conveniently located near most of the tour meeting points. The pool was fantastic and refreshing after a long day and the rooms were clean, new and very comfortable.

The aircon remote in our room didn't work properly and gave us some issues some nights.

Beautiful room with an enclosed shower - something seemingly uncommon in Thailand. We lucked out with a balcony, which we really enjoyed! The location was great, surrounded by restaurants but not too busy. The staff is very sweet and helpful. We paid for breakfast a few days of our stay and it was great! We wished we’d had it all 5 days of our stay.

The wifi could be better.

Unbeatable value for money in the middle of Chiang Mai old town. Good breakfast and nice pool great for a dip in the midday heat.

The only minor thing is that the hotel is on an alley that not many taxis can access. It is a short walk to a main road though

Very very accommodating staff, there is always someone in the lobby to greet you, get you breakfast or help you with anything you need. Mostly female staff which I liked as a solo traveler. Always asked if I wanted my room clean so I could decide if someone went in while I was away or not.

The entrance is in an alleyway, I got lost at night trying to find it my first night. But if you’re ordering a grab it’s always easy for them to access.

Lovely boutique hotel. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful indeed especially Nan! Bed was comfortable and room was exceptionally clean.

Would be better if they had food during lunch and dinner as they only served breakfast. But overall the experience was good! Will definitely recommend to my friends.
