Great location within the ancient walls so easy to walk to the markets and temples on the old city. Really lovely ‘colonial style’ building, lots of open space and communal areas. We had a large room with a nice small balcony. Bed was huge and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were good. Kettle and fridge in the room with a large flask bottle to refill with cold water from the dispenser in the lobby. Tea/coffee refills and snacks available at reception is a lovely bonus. Nice looking small pool at front of hotel, we didn’t use as not enough time, but plenty others did. Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Room cleaned/checked every day. Good price. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful heritage building with many outdoor ‘courtyards’ which had flowers and green plants creating a calm shady space. Large room with small balcony. Good location within the old city walls. Everywhere walkable. Found places to eat easily. Bag drop off if you arrive before 14:00h. A good centre for a bird watching tour (private) Doi Inthanon NP, Queen SiriKit Botanical Garden (GRAB), Chaloem Phrakiat Park (GRAB).

The pool is very small and next to the road at the front of the building so slightly misleading photo. However it was a good hotel choice for the reasons above.

- great location - very friendly and helpful stuff - clean and comfortable room - beautiful view to the mountains - comfortable beds - 10% on countless activities in and around chiang mai. We didnt book anything in advance and were happy about it because on site we got 10% off and all tours were available on short notice

- enough choice for thai breakfast but the taste/quality could have been a little bit better - the AC was quite strong so we could not find a mode for the night, had to turn on and off frequently during the night

A little oasis with some greenery around the hotel. Loved that there was a water refilling station. Room was nice and was cleaned/refilled everyday. Room itself was quiet, guests in the hotel common spaces not so much, but that's not the hotel's fault. Staff were kind and friendly and always around to help if you had any questions. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, price was reasonable for Chiang Mai standards but expensive compared to all our other travels in Thailand. Overall, a great stay and would stay again if the price was the same.

The wifi worked about 50% of the time and here was no hot water in the mornings, only in the evenings (not sure if this was throughout the hotel or just my room?). Pool was very cold and didn't get much sun (also sun loungers were in a covered carport adjacent to the pool which didn't bother me but it might if that was your holiday vibe).

Location was excellent- right in the middle of Old Town with some good restaurants nearby and a 7/11 right across the road at a 2min walk. The property is very beautifully preserved- has an old charm to it with many little nooks and corners. Breakfast options were quite varied with a good mix of western + Thai options. Staff were friendly and pool seemed clean although we didn't get the time to use it. Bonus: we got to meet the two fluffy corgis who live at the property and that made our day!

Unfortunately, we had noisy neighbours and the thin walls didn't help. The hot water in our room was also not working- not sure if the geyser unit was working but because the weather was very hot, it didn't bother us but might be a concern during a winter stay. Beds are quite hard and not your usual soft hotel bed. But, given the price we paid, it served our purpose well.

The property is located right on a busy street with lots of cafes, bars, the 7-11, massage parlours and access to lots of restaurants and laundrettes yet once you enter it’s so peaceful and quiet. It is in a perfect location for walking and exploring Chiangmai! The property is family friendly and the staff accommodated our large family with great pleasure. It was spotless and the room was equipped with bassinets- of which much thought was put into (little blankets and pillows). The staff helped with booking our trips to the happy elephant sanctuary and the Chiangmai night safari- both of which were amazing. The staff also helped fix the light bulb in the room instantly and provided us with a bucket to sterilise our baby bottles. Overall it was perfect and we would go back in a heart beat!

Nothing- it was excellent. The only thing if I had to say was that the pool is located right at the entrance of the property so not much privacy- but that is just to nitpick!

Cozy hotel right at the center of the old city. Amazing welcoming staff. The rooms are lovely, beds are comfy and breakfasts are very good (mango was absolute highlight for me as well as asian dishes since I love local cuisine :)) The territory is small but well kept, beautiful flowers, small details everywhere.. all this creates a wonderful atmosphere, loved it. The only thing to improve is water temperature at the pool, for me it was too cold. And also would be nice if the other guests were more quiet at the morning clapping their doors when you try to sleep ;)

I booked this location based on reviews as it’s listed as only a 2 star venue, but the reviews placed it higher, and I can’t agree enough. Some of the facilities are lacking vs a 3 or 4 star hotel, but for as few nights it’s not an issue. The staff are really nice and even showed me to my room and where everything was, not many 4star hotels do that…. One thing I would note is the room keys are Keys! Not electronic locks, so you need to remember to lock the door, something I was not aware of.

The room is a little sparse, but to be expected, not a lot of storage space, but in line with what was in the booking information. The key being a key, a little bigger then a keycard to carry around.

Great location in the Old City. Nicely decorated. Comfy bed and linens. Everything worked well and the staff quite friendly and helpful. We opted out for the breakfast so I can’t comment on it. Being in the Old City every conceivable need is just around the corner. This particular location is great because it is also located close to the 2 popular night markets.

Small thing but the pool is next to the road and the few loungers occupied by digital nomads meant little space for families(none). Perhaps a common area could be established for this reason with something other than rock hard furniture which is not inviting. Otherwise a great hotel.

Reception advertises selling drinks in plastic bags - literally liquid poured into a plastic bag??? This hotel, like millions of other places around the world, is oblivious to the damage single use plastic is doing to our future generations. I won’t stay here again unless they change their plastic use policies.
