Check-in was smooth, the hotel staff is kind and nice. The room was clean. Next to the hotel is a 7-eleven and restaurants are in walkable distance. The hotel has hot water. Free drinking water bottles were provided every day. There is also a fridge in the room. It is a guest-friendly hotel.

- The water pressure was sometimes very low, but usually I could take a good shower, only sometimes it was too low pressure. - The bed is hard. But after some time I could use to it, I slept well. - You need to pray for toilet paper. They give every day only one, if it is consumed... I don't understand why cannot give two toilet papers...

I'm giving it 10 out of 10, not because it actually is that quality, but given the price for their rooms, it fits the bill to get 10/10. The room was clean and welcoming.

This is more of a hardware issue with the way the building was designed. The floor is raised and sunken in some areas , which makes the place feels low standard, however they may have their reasons for designing it like this. It doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the room and it's not something that can be changed. But it did make the room loose some points.

Good location. It is close to 7-eleven, Sunday market, Tha Phae Gate and more. The street were quiet. We liked the large windows to the terrace and natural lighting. The staff were very nice and helpful. Good family room size and comfortable beds. Very clean.

The toilet seat was a bit loose. Wish they had ironing facilities. One morning the electricity went out, but the staff sorted this out very quickly.

Perfectly located in a quiet area but close to everything. It was perfectly clean and if you have the right room is very comfortable. They have good rooms for couples and some that should be announced for single even with double bed.

Our room was more suitable for a single than for couples. The toilet didn’t have a proper door, it’s a shower door and is very close to the bed head so there’s no privacy and the room was quite small. They ask us to change the trim for a guest with special needs on the last day and then we realized there were better and more appropriate rooms for our needs. Sometimes can be noisy if not lucky with the other guests.

Nice location, noodle shop just near first floor. 7-11, grocery shop, money change just near by. Centre of the old town. Good price and location Really nice friendly staff, the boy is a student but really wish to learn Chinese, another female staff give us a warm nice smile when we check out, it always made people feel nice and want to come back again. Good training !

Can be more clean No really good public place

Good location and helpful staff. They had accidentally overbooked the accommodation but were very friendly and supportive to swiftly solve the issue. I think this is unlikely to happen again but I’m not holding it against them because they fixed it very fast. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were on the chunkier side which was good for me.

The kettle had a melted plug socket that had happened before and the toilet leaked when you flushed but nothing that was a deal breaker.

We had a lovely stay at the Key hotel. although breakfast is not included, it was very close to all the great breakfast and smoothie places so it was no hassle at all. Excellent location, in the centre of the old town. Lovely friendly staff. They surprised my husband with a birthday cake while we stayed, very thoughtful people.

Comfortable clean spacious. Staff helpful with street parking. Nice laundry across the street delivers to the hotel. Walking distance to many nice restaurants.

I asked a month in advance for 2 rooms next each other but that was not done. No lift but we knew that beforehand. Only a few flights of stairs to walk.

The property was in a great location to explore chiang mai, yet still a very reasonable price. The lady working reception was extremely nice and helpful with any of our needs

Sometimes a drain smell in the room from the toilet but this is common in Thailand

The staff were very helpful, organising our taxi to see the temples. The room was very clean. The hotel is at the excellent location very close to Saturday night market and very easy to find restaurants around. I would 1000% come stay at this hotel again. The staff were very friendly.

There was nothing that I don’t like about this hotel.
