Nim and all the staff are amazing. So friendly, warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is small, secure, easy to find and clean. The y have a Koi pond and invited our son to feed them everyday - job he loved doing. Breakfast to order was good. We had it included in our stay. And there were always fresh passion fruit, bananas and watermelon and some other carbs to in a buffet.

Our door handle was broken. When we arrived they showed us that we have to lift up the handle inside when we enter or the key card won’t work when we leave and try to re-enter and the staff will need to come open with the key. We never forgot but there were a few times housekeeping forgot and we had to get them to open our room for us. We were there 2 weeks. It was a minor inconvenience

Location , breakfast was enjoyable there was a lady who will make your breakfast , toast bread with apricot jam & honey was nice Coffee , orange to choose from Big TV & good shower Good bed Room smell nice AC was nice Room are always kept clean when getting room made up Just ask or Byo rubbish plastic bag small size from 711 There is a restaurant across hotel that gets pretty busy for dinner

There might be some music across the road but it didn't bother me Only thing I didn't like was spending the last night in Chiang Mai before going back home

The staff was very nice! They made us feel like valuable costumers. Made my daughter gluten free pancakes which I bought from home (she has Celiac disease). Arrenged an extra bed for free, and made sure that it was cozy enough to sleep on. In the check out I asked to purchase a towel for our jeep trip, she didn't have any extra from the hotel, but then she brought me another towel for free (I think it was hers..). Nice breakfast also.

A little bit far from The Night Bazar, 15 minutes walk. Small pool.

Smooth & easy check-in. Environment is excellent. Rooms are specious with long veranda and balcony is bonus for the twin room accommodation. Reception lady was very supportive. Staffs are very good. It's very quiet & calm hotel but not so far from Night market crowd (within 1 km). Strongly recommended for the visitors.

Only thing we have missed the hand shower in the shower chamber. It's only celling shower head. But this is not a big issue and manageable.

We picked this hotel on a budget, but it was amazing how high end the staff made the rooms feel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our linens and towels were changed EVERY day which was really luxurious. Wash and fold laundry was great and was priced super competitively. The breakfast was good. We did not use the pool, but it looked lovely. Overall, we’d definitely recommend staying here.

The location was good, but it was more of a backpacker area. It was close to the night markets! But it was not that close to the popular restaurants in the northwest corner of the old town. We were happy with the location, but others might prefer to be more central.

Hotel was in a great location! The rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly. Great value for money!

Veeeery comfortable beds! Best ones in 5 hotels so far. Nice furniture. Offer laundry for 60 baht per kg. Good breakfast for just 100 baht per person, 1 child free. Only place that offered yogurt. Decent wifi. AC ok. Shower pressure good. Decent swimming pool, though only 2-3 long chairs. Took trips every day so can not comment much about restaurants in the area. The only one we went to, called Paris, 30 m away to the right, had international food as the kids were rioting against rice :) They have decent fries, pasta etc though not cheap. Can’t comment about noise or insulation as we always travel with our white noise machine.

The only windows face the hallway so you always have to keep curtains closed. Bathroom does not have any window.

Situated in the south west corner of the old city. Very quiet and safe to walk anywhere at night. Hotel was clean and outside my ground floor room was a pond with several dozen coy carp. Excellent and helpful staff. My room was kept well stocked with bottled water (free) and coffee sachets. Reception sorted me out with some trips. Plenty restaurants within walking distance, some of which are very good.

Just one minor warning which is that if you chose to sit out at night then be well oiled up with mosquito spray. I wasn’t and it only took a few minutes to discover I was their preferred meal that evening.

The hotel is tucked away in the old quarter of Chiang Mai but conveniently only a 5 minute walk to the Tha Phae Gate and a 5 minute taxi ride from the airport. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance including a nice bar right next door (on the right as you leave the hotel). The receptionist was very helpful and even presented me with a birthday cake on my birthday. Breakfast was cooked fresh by a friendly chef. The hotel looks as though it has gone through a recent refurbishment and the room was very nice with a modern bathroom. We had a 3 night stay at the hotel earlier this week and for what we paid we were happy with the holiday. We used a tour guide called Yayee Teerawan to organise 2 trips for us (she is on FB) to Doi Suthep at sunset and also a drive to Pai seeing lots of places on the way.

You get 2 free bottles of water per day but only 1 sachet of coffee and 1 teabag each. The internet was fast but not secure so couldn't do any online banking.

Really friendly and helpful staff, and a fantastic location in old town Chiang Mai. It is only a short walk to great restaurants, bars, and some of the must-see sights in Chiang Mai.

Carparking is very limited but luckily we were the only group using a car. If you are a swimmer, you will probably find the pool quite small, but good enough for a plunge after a hot day of sightseeing.
