Super clean!! Encountered no bugs at all during our stay, and I believe there is a daily cleaning because came back to our room to find the beds made. When we stayed, there were 6 kittens who were very friendly and cute. We loved coming back and seeing them play. The location is great; it’s in the old city, about 15 minute walk from the night market. It’s tucked away so very quiet at night which was a plus. The owner was very helpful; when you check in, you get a packet with handy tips and some great restaurant recommendations. Decorations in the rooms are a bit non-cohesive but I loved them anyway because they made the room feel more homey. There’s a mini fridge in the rooms and a water dispenser in the lobby (which is super cute btw).

WiFi on third floor was pretty bad. Was able to connect to it, but it was really only working for maybe 10% of the time. That said, everything else about this place was incredible.

All in 1 Guesthouse was one of the most lovely hostels I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve been to quite many around the world! It’s a beautiful, family-run hostel with immaculate vibes- super cozy! We had a private room which was very comfortable. They were able to connect us with cheaper tickets for a Thai boxing match close by, we even had our laundry done there for a small fee- everything was great! There’s great food & bar options a short walk away, including 7-11 as well. And bonus, the cutest 5 little kittens we’ve ever seen & a sweet older kitty. Also, breakfast was great! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I will most certainly be back! Merci beaucoup!

Perfect location, clean and comfy. Owner was lovely and introduced himself when I walked past him (had no idea he was the owner). Cute kittens running around. The fan in the room is definitely a bonus to help boost air circulation. Loved the decoration, and I think the main light in (my) room has colour temperature settings, so if you turn it on and off a few times, it changes colour. Perhaps it's the same for all rooms. Motorbike rental is a bonus.

I think the drain in the bathroom might be a bit blocked overtime from previous tenants.

Excellent budget accommodation provides great value for your money. Located in the Old City, surrounded by excellent restaurants and close to banks and ATMs. Room was cleaned the days we were there which was wonderful. The Set up in the common area is very practical providing lots of spaces to sit and relax. Staff very pleasant and Gilles very helpful and problem solved an internet site access situation that I couldn’t have done without him. Recommendations for tours and restaurants. Breakfast provided for additional baht.The resident cat is cute

It feels like coming home. The place, the people always so welcoming. My second stay and I will come back and stay for a while. Can’t wait. Gilles and his team are exceptional when it’s comes down to hospitality. The room super clean and well looked after, never had anything to complain about. The location is perfect for those who are not on motorbikes so comfortable. Everything is within walking distance. I like everything about the property. It had a good location. It was clean. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Cute little garden. Good value. I would stay here again. It is cash only so if you're staying here upon arrival take note. There are ATMs and exchangers nearby with better rates than the airport.

I liked everything

Really nice place to stay in the middle of Chiang Mai's old town. Everything is within walking distance and the small courtyard is super relaxed to have a beer in the evening. Would come back!! The staff was also super friendly and organized a taxi for us to the sticky waterfall. In addition, the house manager took me on his moped to buy something that was only available outside of town, very friendly and he didn't even want to take a tip.
