The staff were the best aspect. Friendly, polite, helpful - very focused on ensuring that guests had a great experience. We loved the Thai charm of the hotel mixed with the modern chic boutique feel. The hotel is perfectly located to be near everything. Can’t beat it!

The pool doesn’t get much sunshine so the water is a bit cold. The shower pressure was a tad weak and the water was warm rather than hot.

Extremely comfortable. Large room with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Large shower, very comfortable bed, fridge, kettle and somewhere to sit. We loved the pool and the surrounding greenery. Hearing the monks chanting in the evening was truly magical.. The hotel is convenient for walking into town, seeing the sites and there are tons of places to eat within a short walk. We'd definitely come back and stay. Chiang Mai and Arun Rawee are wonderful places to be.

Nothing It was all good

Location was very convenient in the old town opposite a quiet little temple and right next to another with stunning view of its pagoda. Its managed well by current owner and breakfast was huge! The nice area around the pool is very enjoyable and sitting having my morning coffee looking at the pagoda was a quiet magical moment before exploring bustling Chiangmai.

Noise from the room above or adjacent room was very loud from simple shutting of doors. We had a van driver so no problem with parking but I imagine someone driving may find it difficult for parking space

Perfectly locaed, small and cosy hotel with the magnificent swimming pool facing one of the local wat copules. Rooms were pieces of art, very modern, cool and quiet. Comfortable bed, small balcony and a bathroom with two windows made it just perfect for short stay. As the hotel is rather small, there was no breakfast buffet, it was served fresh and tasty, enough for the start of the day. Water in swimming pool refreshing and clean.

Everything was just to the point, the place ideal for relaxing time in the heart of Chiang Mai.

The staff went out of their way to arrange something special for our honeymoon: Upon arrival we were totally caught off guard by a very wonderful flower arrangement, and 2 swans made out of towels, on the bed. So great!! The rooms are great too, and the staff was always very helpful! I can definitely recommend this hotel. It's been by far the best hotel on our trip so far.

I wish we could have stayed longer..

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great and the hotel was quiet. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The hotel gardens were beautiful and very well maintained.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our bed was very firm and the shower pressure wasn’t great. However my daughters were in a different room and they had no issues.

The best location in Chiang Mai, within walking distance to everything but off the main streets so it was still quiet to sleep at night even when the night markets were on. The room was beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed and daily housekeeping. The staff were so kind and helpful with booking anything we needed - taxis, activities etc. The pool is FANTASTIC, great view of the temple from the pool, great temperature and very relaxing.

The accommodation was very spacious, newly decorated and very comfortable. We overlooked the crystal clear swimming pool, set in attractive surroundings. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the old town and the Sunday market. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has a perfect location, warm and helpful staff and large, comfortable rooms. A few times, when the staff noticed we were struggling with something, they went above and beyond to help us solve our problems. Our expectations were exceeded in every way!

Room and toilet are spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool. Despite being a small hotel, it provides everything you need for a short stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, convenience stores within walking distance. The staff were nice and helpful.

The lightings in the room is somewhat dimmed at night.
