It was a great location, right near the Tha Phae Gate and lots of great restaurants/cafes and a massive bar street. The cleaning lady always asked if I needed my room cleaned and left me water bottles.

I couldn't figure out how to turn on the hot water for 3 days. They should include a guide. I couldn't use the TV because it kept telling me to scan for channels, which I didn't know how to do on the Thai remote. In the morning, there are lots of roosters in the area making sure you wake up bright and early.

Lovely spacious room with lots of cupboard space, with comfy chairs and coffee table, bed- side tables...supercomfy bed. Little snacks of fruit, fruit and nut mix, banana muffins, tea, coffee available free near entrance. The cleaning lady is sweet, friendly, conscientious, and superb at her job. therefore, rooms are clean as clean can be.Reception is welcoming and friendly. In house laundry. Terrace with seating and little balcony. Quiet soi.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and extended another night (5 total) and it was easy and seamless. We used their express washing service and our clothes felt great, really clean. With daily room cleans, our room and space was relaxing and comfortable. Laurie was also really helpful with giving us information and some forms our visa extension application, really a one stop shop ha! Very much appreciated. Thank you :)

Great room, excellent bed, pillows, sheets. Location is wonderful: right within the old town near Tha Pae gate where it's great to just walk around and explore by foot. Lots of good food and little cafes nearby. It's very quiet at night, and we slept very peacefully. Owner was friendly too.

Not a big deal, but really the only thing I can think of that I didn't like here: There's a big balcony but it's just empty. Would put some comfy chairs or a hammock there and it would be a nice spot to read and chill.

The room was very spacious with lots of storage room. Loved the complimentary tea, coffee, cake and fruit which were avaliable. The location was great as well. In walking distance of lots of restaurants and coffee shops

The windows didn’t quite shut which meant the mosquitos were able to enter the room at night.

Spacious rooms, Great location in centre short walk from the Sunday night market. Clean. Big comfy bed, bathroom was ok. Space to sit outside on shared balcony area.

There were a few ants but the property sorted it out straight away when we told them. Nothing to put us off our stay.

Brilliant location near night markets, temples and nightlife. Cleaning the room everyday and comfortable bed. TV with netlfix and waters coffee and muffins for free.

There was a bad smell sometimes, shower wasn’t amazing. blankets are thin and no elevator and we were on the third floor.

Nice, big room in a very nice building. Excellent location, only steps to the gate and yet very quiet. Owner was kind and communication was easy. She was waiting for me when I arrived close to midnight.

The doves that hang around the area make it kind of smelly. Nothing the owner can do about this.

Our room was sparkling clean and really spacious for us and our son. Convenient location near Sunday night markets and temples, massage, cafes and convenience store but nice and quiet. The staff were all lovely, very helpful and friendly.
