The staff were pleasant and helpful, as well as efficient. It is a great location in the old city, and close to the old city walls and some beautiful temples. Close to the Sunday night market, and during the week, close to the Lanna Square food court, which also has live music of a night time.

I personally liked everything about the hotel, but as there are no elevators, older people, or people with a disability, might find the upper floors difficult.

Comfortable room. The location was convenient for walking to the 3 Kings Monument and museums. Staff helpful. Location had many pluses for convenience but also downsides.

The noise level both from the « party street » until around midnight but this was sort of to be expected. However the noise from the adjoining rooms was loud. Equally I had problems with my asthma and probably disturbed my neighbours as well. It is impossible for the hotel to gauge how their guests will behave, guests are on holiday. The location will be attractive to party-goers and thus noise is more likely. The hotel staff however were brilliant and did what they could.

Comfortable spacious room, nice bathroom. Very clean, and most importantly, with very nice and attentive people, always asking about our stay and trips, they made our stay so much better. Money exchange just a street away. The restaurant that collaborates with the hotel served really nice food, and had a lovely environment, and it's a shame that it's not more known to the people. 100% would reccomend this hotel

I liked everything about this lodge (the over all lodge, the room, cleanness, location and staff support). I specially loved the way staff treated us, they were always ready to take any questions we had and tried to solve it. There was at least 1 person at the Front desk, I interacted with 3/4 people during my 2 night trip, and each and everyone were equally helpful. I would rate the property. 10/10

Very friendly staff, extremely clean rooms, and comfortable facilities. Also good value due to the location (right at the heart of Chiang Mai)

There is no elevator - it wasn’t a problem for me but might be for people with accessibility requirement. It might be noisy as it’s close to the parties in Chiang Mai (but this might also be positive).

1. location really close to the main Chiangmai tourist attractions. a 7-10ish minute walk will bring you to the Sunday night market and popular temples. really close to a 7/11 and if you are into drinking there are nearby bars. 2. tv tv was amazing with access to Netflix

1. bathroom cleanliness the bathroom was a bit gross….. The shower curtain is too long so the whole bottom had like reddish blackish stains 🥲 the shower floor and shower head also had blackish stains….. 2. room was a bit dark, lighting wise even though there was a big window in the room, it faces directly towards the hallway, so I pretty much kept it closed the whole time. there weren’t that many overhead lights

Very clean hotel for a cheap price. Staff were super lovely and friendly. Got a free welcome drink. Location is great, middle of the old town around so many bars, pubs, restaurants, 7-eleven and Lanna Square night market. As I already mentioned it was very clean. I think they clean the rooms everyday.

Very clean, quiet, good beds, fresh air, clean towels, almost no noise. No cockroaches in the room. A small hotel with staff who are very, very kind, smiling, helpful, friendly, and speak good English.

the hotel is located in a central point of old town. From there you can walk everywhere to the main temples. It also has many restaurants around. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I was also surprise on how quiet it was, even though it is close to a busy street

Great location with many nice bars and restaurants around. The rooms have all the luxury that a traveller really needs.

Electric plugs were quite loose but worked anyway.
