The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Chiang Mai's old city, and a street away from the Sunday's night market. There's plenty of restaurants around, and a 7/11 within a 5min walking distance. Very spacious room with large comfortable bed. The owner was very nice. There's also laundry option for a small fee (usually done within the day). It can be a bit loud if the other guests are not very considerate, but the nights are quiet. The hotel is situated in a small street so there's very little noise coming from outside. I will definitely book again when I come back.

I like everything about this accommodation. They even put little bears in each of our bed in our room, makes me feel more at home. It's so cozy and is in the city center. Very convenient. I highly recommend this place. My only concern is that if you are traveling with very old family members, please take note that there is no elevator. Other than that, everything is excellent!

I think just the lack of elevator is my only concern because I was traveling with my grandma and our room in the 4th floor. But if I was just traveling alone or with friends of my age, I wouldn't really mind just using the stairs. Actually everything is great for me to be honest.

Location was great, accessible and with a lot of food around the area. The weekend markets are just a few streets away. A few cafes and eateries just round the corner too Room was clean with bottled water provided and some fruits at the lobby too. The ac worked well, a little too well depending on which bed you're on

Our room was on the 4th floor, and they didn't have an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up, just take note for those who are not as mobile or unable to carry heavy loads. Beds were a little hard for some, and the water pressure was weak, hot water wasn't consistent. Also, they didn't refill the soap despite us almost finishing them, so we had to call to request for more.

Check in was very easy, large spacious rooms plenty of size for 2. Good location right in old town directly next to some temples, few mins walk to walking street, restaurants, etc. Quite area had a good few nights sleep here. Very cutely decorated throughout, the bear paintings were a nice touch.

No lift and could be on the 4th floor like us. Bit awkward if you smoke/indulge as just kinda have to hover out front and we felt rude doing so. Only a small bench to perch on.

Our three-night stay at this hotel was fantastic. Situated in a prime location, it's surrounded by convenient stores, temples, restaurants, and bars, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Chiang Mai. The hotel's location made it easy for us to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The vibrant Sunday night market is within walking distance. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the hotel's aesthetic lounge is perfect for snapping some Instagram-worthy photos. The spacious and clean rooms come with strong WiFi, good water flow (including hot and cold showers), a microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, and complimentary water bottles. Toiletries and free coffee are also provided, adding to the overall convenience. Ms. Luck together with her staff members we interacted with, was incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist us with our tours and even allowed us to extend our check-out time. Overall, our experience at this hotel was superb, thanks to its excellent amenities, convenient location, and exceptional service.

However, it was a bit challenging for us to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor, as there's no elevator. Adding an elevator would greatly enhance the convenience of staying here.

The location is unbeatable, being in the center of Old City. Awesome food and sights in close walking distance. The 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the Family Room. It was a spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with good air conditioning. The host that was regularly at the desk by the entrance was very friendly and helped us booked activities when we arrived. Highly recommended.

We were surprised by how firm the beds were. Though we were concerned it would affect our quality of sleep we all still seemed to sleep fine, but they are extremely firm.

Close to everything. Sunday Night Market is amazing and it is right at the end of the road. It is right in the center of the square so you can head to all gates and all the temples and parks easily. My family arrived and suffered from a stomach bug we picked up in the south. The staff was amazing helping with extra room cleans when the kids went down sick. Free bottled water and many recommendations on places to visit and things to do. Close to food and ATMs as well.

The room was enormous. The location was quiet and central.

We had to climb two flights of stairs to reach it. I am 84 years old, so this was slightly challenging. The shower stall was just an extension of the floor with a curtain. This caused some flooding. My wife made a moat with a towel that stopped the whole bathroom floor from flooding.

These rooms are huge, extremely comfortable and very clean. Very quiet yet a minute's walk from so much. It's in a very quiet little alley with minimal traffic, unlike any other streets that I saw. The owner is really nice and speaks great English. My husband got lost without his phone etc and when I mentioned it to the owner of the establishment, she set off on her motorbike to try to find him! Huge fridge, a lot of bench space, beds and pillows were really comfortable. Very nice lobby space with tea/coffee facilities, snacks, toilet and comfortable lounges. Super quiet. We were really rapt with this location and the kids enjoyed the bear theme.

There's no elevator, which we loved but might be a problem for some travellers.

The structure is fairly close to anything you’d like to see in the zone, very good position. The staff is very kind and provided us with everything we needed when asked, without asking for tips or more money. They even brought us to a laundry shop on a motorbike when we told them we needed to wash clothes.

Nothing in particular. I just don’t think it was 10 or perfect.
