My stay at this hotel was truly pleasant, especially thanks to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff-PAII , who made me feel right at home. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was warm, patient, and efficient, quickly processing my check-in and offering helpful suggestions and information to make my trip even more enjoyable. The staff -PAII also kindly recommended the hotel's massage service, which was a wonderful way to relieve the stress from my travels, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful suggestion. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities, and the bed was so soft that I had a restful night. The hotel's location was very convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the swimming pool was fantastic—clean and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing. Overall, this stay was incredibly satisfying, and the friendly service and thoughtful recommendations made it even more special. I’ll definitely return in the future. Thank~Paii! See you next time ! Lovely little hotel within the walls of the old city. Great location for getting around the old city, but you’ll need a Grab/Tuk Tuk if you’re headed to the Nightbizzare or it’s a 30-40 minute walk. Our room was a nice size, good AC, comfortable bed, and generally very pleasant.

The breakfast was well below what would be expected considering the price of this hotel. The hot buffet was usually cold, which was a shame because the selection/choice was otherwise good. The coffee was like ROCKET FUEL, I suspect it was instant made in a pot and placed on a warmer. The choice of eggs cooked to order was a nice touch, but it was served with bacon which was predominantly fat, and a side salad. The fruit was left to the elements and often covered in flies or ants. All in all, the food was not good which let this place down.

The property is new/renovated, the room is clean, spacious and with all needed amenities. Staff is nice and helpful.

The laundry services gave me headache as my clothes returned to me with several stains. It was solved in the other day after complaining about it to the staff, but it added unnecessary tension and stress. Breakfast is very limited, I would not pay for it unless extremely needed due to the time of the tours, etc.

The location is very nice, near the main street. There are some good dining places, bars, massage places, and coffee shops around.

2 things I would suggest to the hotel. 1. As the bathtub is inside the room, overall the room gets a damp smell. Perhaps could use the dehumidifier in the room. 2. The water pressure is unstable when someone is flushing the toilet or the next room is showering, the water pressure becomes lower. That affects showering and filling the bathtub.

Beautiful hotel, great pool, friendly helpful staff, perfect location.

The hallways were very loud. Some canvas pictures filled with sound absorbing foam would make a huge difference. My hoka and teva shoes gripped to the floor making for a loud walk down the hall. Could also hear other people walking down the hall in my room. And doors opening and closing. More sound proofing would’ve made the stay perfect

The property itself was beautiful. Facilities like the pool and bar were stunning. Beds were big and comfortable and all immaculate. The staff were wonderful, welcoming and as a younger solo traveller they made my first few days in Thailand entirely stress free. Particularly the receptionist Rewky took so much time to take care of me, helping me book tours and get around the city making the experience 10/10!!

Modern stylish room, the open plan bath was amazing, use of space and facilities were top notch. Complimentary snacks and drinks are a great idea. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for what you get.

The provided slippers were too small for my big feet, thats all i can think of. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Whole stay was great, pool si really nice in the middle and hidden from sights so it's lik private oasis, sun is shining there only till 3 p.m so later you cannot sun bathing close to pool thougj. All employees were really helpful evrytime we needed something (later check out, earlier breakfast or beer next to pool).

A/C is blowing right against the bed so it's littlw bit unconvinient.

Beautifully modern hotel with great, hospitable, friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and beautiful linen. Overall a lovely stay and would highly recommend

Only minor point is that the sun didn’t reach the pool area after 3pm and very shady but didn’t spoil our trip at all

Nice quiet small hotel. New build. Central and easy to access most tourist locations. Helpful staff did a great job. Small but nice pool.

American cooked breakfast was cooked well but terrible ingredients. Eggs had 0 taste, sausage greasy, mushrooms yuck. Trendy sofas in cafe area need cleaning.
