I loved my stay at Cozytel! The staff is very friendly and always doing their utmost to help you with logistics, tour ideas, or any assistance you may need. The rooms are nicely decorated, modern, and equipped with what you need (kettle, fridge, aircon, strong wifi...). I loved that the hotel makes complimentary bicycles available to guests, it was very convenient to cycle around Chiang Mai without having to look for a bicycle rental shop. Cozytel is in a quiet street but still only a few minutes away from the main bubbly streets, in a great area if you are looking to visit temples and explore the city on foot. I will definitely stay at Cozytel again in the future!

Everything was perfect!

We upgraded to a Deluxe room and loved all the extra space for our luggage and belongings. Pool was nice and water was cool (refreshing). Towels for pool were available to use. Covered pool seating area with ceiling fans and 4 loungers and tables. It is a wonderful area to enjoy the outdoors and be out of the heat and sun. There is cold water, soda and beer for sale in the reception area. Two free water bottles in room each day. Hotel is very close to a few good restaurants including Mr Kai and Chuan Chom (beside the Women's Prison Massage). Walking distance to Night Market and Temples and 7-11's in the area. The area is quiet and we had great sleeps on the comfy bed. Room cleaning was done daily. Free bikes with baskets available to use. Staff were very kind, responsive and helpful. Cleaners work very hard keeping this place spotless!!

I stayed at Cozytel Chiang Mai for a few nights and honestly had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start, always smiling and ready to answer questions or give recommendations. It made the whole stay feel really welcoming. The location is fantastic, it was easy to walk to the temples, cafes, and the Sunday Night Market. At the same time, the hotel is on a quiet street, so it felt peaceful and not noisy at all. One thing that really surprised me was the pool, it’s actually quite large considering the size of the hotel. It’s very clean, well-maintained, and such a bonus after a hot day of walking around. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. The bed was good, the AC worked well, and the bathroom had hot water with decent pressure. Housekeeping came every day and did a great job. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly place in Chiang Mai.

Very much enjoyed.our stay at the Cozytel. The receptionist (Dao) was kind, welcoming and super helpful. We needed help booking 2 trips and Dao arranged it all for us as soon as we checked in. Our rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet and, although the pool is a bit chilly, it's in such a lovely and relaxing setting. The Inside cafe was a great place to go for breakfast and lots of places to eat and shops in Chiang Mai. We went on the elephant Sanctuary half day trip which was a lovely experience and Mama Noi cookery school which was excellent. All the staff were a credit to the hotel and if I returned to Chiang Mai, I would definitely stay at the Cozytel.

Overall a lovely stay and very good location, almost in the middle of the old city. Lots of temples, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Nice large modern room with dark wood and decent sized bed and bathroom. Good room service etc. Pool was lovely and well maintained. Unfortunately it was absolutely freezing but not the hotel’s fault!

Wasn’t a fan of the number of rules and regulations, which left a bit of a sour taste and made the hotel feel a bit strict and soulless. We also booked a room with a balcony with the intention of using the balcony but there was no furniture and nobody else seemed to be using their balconies (probably through fear of being fined for doing something wrong) so booking a room with balcony is a bit misleading.

I had such a great experience at Cozytel. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly. I originally booked just one night, but I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend for 3 more. The staff was very accommodating with my last-minute request, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed, plus the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect, close to main attractions, which made it easy to get around. What really stood out was the service. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, from recommending great local spots to helping with small requests. It really made a difference.

Great location for the Sunday night market, we were able to do laundry through the front desk, staff all very nice.

It was very hot in Chiang Mai and the air conditioning only stays on when the room key is in. We had a room at the top flood and coming back to the room at the end of the day was very warm and took a while to cool it down.

Location is great, right in the old City, yet very quite even during famous festivities like Loy Krathong. Very forthcoming and friendly personell. Spacious and clean rooms as well as a well maintained area rounds up the perfect impression.

It appeared that the rooms above ground level do not have chairs etc on their balconies which makes them quite redundant if thats the case.

The hotel is extremely neat and clean, with an aesthetic charm that creates a lovely, welcoming ambiance. The location is also a major plus. It’s just about 200 meters from the Sunday night market, making it easy to explore without needing transportation. I also appreciated the spacious bedroom. The layout was comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a busy day. Will come back again.
