The location of the guesthouse was perfect! Next to the old city and a short walk away from the night bazaar. The owner was absolutely lovely! My flight was delayed by 5 hours but she waited for me to arrive so I could check in!

The airconditioning made quite a lot of noise and you could hear what was happening in the hallway

Location was fantastic, staff and owner were super friendly and helpful. We arrived during the Loi Krathong festival and owner was giving us tips on where to go to see everything. Room was large, with comfortable beds, good aircon, water supplied daily and little things like a desk and somewhere to hang your clothes was nice to have. Oh and there were two cute cats hanging out in the reception area, a bonus for the kids :)

Only knocked off a couple of stars because of the bathroom. There is a shower curtain but the water does tend to drain not in the shower itself, but travels into the bathroom and drains next to the toilet, so a fair portion of the bathroom gets wet. And the water itself was not hot at any point during our 3 night stay, neither in the shower or the taps. It wasn't such an issue after a long hot day to have a cool shower, but it would have been nice to have warm water. And the pillows were quite hard. Having said that, I would stay here again!

The staff were always super friendly and asked if I needed anything. I think I could have asked them anything and they would have assisted - thats always appreciated by travelers. The property was pretty well located and overall it was what I expected. Free drinking water refills, tea, instant coffee were always on hand which is also very kind and appreciated.

There was a constant reek of Ganja which bothered me from time to time - and would definitely put off certain travelers so owner and travellers should be aware of this. It could be quite noisy for the alley from time to time but this is also expected for this location.

The hotel is located very close to the Tha Phae gate in a quiet alley. From here you have easy access to the old city, the Warorot market and the Night Bazaar. The hotel is good. The room was nice and comfortable. Mrs. Kamala was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. And the staff was nice and friendly too. The WiFi was ok. The coffee/tea were free. I had a pleasent stay at this hotel. I would stay here again on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Location was quiet, near to McDonald's Tha Phae, pharmacies close by as well. A massage & tattoo parlour at the opposite building, in case you are in need of one but not wanting to walk or go somewhere further. Exit the small street where the place is located and you can see Tha Phae gate across the road. The place applies green practises. You can refill plain water at the lobby area. Mini fridge is in the room, basic amenities provided except for toothbrush & toothpaste set. They provide free coffee and fruits as well. You can enjoy this at the cafe area. And I love the sight of the P'Nok's cats, Jack & Tommy. A decent enough place to shower, rest & go places 😊

For those who do not like climbing stairs, this might not be the place for you. It's just a 2-storey building though ☺️

The owner lives in the place and has given it the feeling of being a home. Then you really are a guest while staying there. The money paid is simply the contribution to the running of this home.

There is the back end of a lot of air conditioners in the street that passes Kamala's and hence noisy there. The room is quiet, though. (With the balcony door closed).

The room was spacious for three of us and it was very easy to locate the place. The location is really good. Just opposite to the Tha Phae Gate which attracts a lot of tourists from different countries. The night markets are at walkable distance and not to miss, Kamala is a great host who takes care of her guests really well.

A guest house very well located near all the night markets. It's in front of the Sunday night market. Very basic rooms as price is low but can use the caffee area to heat food in microwave. Free coffee,tea, milo ,biscuits and banana.Kamala and her 2 Staff are very kind to give guidance.You check in and check out like your own home.

This is just how you would expect a guesthouse to be... welcoming, friendly, comfortable, accommodating. This is my favorite city in all of Thailand with great local Food, Aroi Dee was fabulous, and lots to see or just enjoy being there. But Kamala has created a great atmosphere where you just feel like you belong. Thankyou Kamala 🙏🏼
