Location was fantastic -- a few minutes walk from the Tha Pai gate -- perfectly located between the old city and the night market. So many great restaurants just two streets away. All the delights of Chiang Mai -- old and new -- are a quick walk from here. Yet it's totally quiet for sleeping and rest.

Very few electrical outlets. Even the desk has no outlet! Bring an extension cord with multiple outlets to conveniently power your electronics! One thing that made me skeptical about booking here, was that the website had no photos of the bathrooms. BATHROOMS ARE IMPORTANT! Very important to know what kind of shower/bath there is, but the website had NO PHOTOS showing the bathroom fixtures and layout. THIS SHOULD BE CORRECTED!

This is easily one of the best hotels in the area for the price. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is quiet — which is not always the case in this price range. No mosquitos in the room, which makes a huge difference, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Even the small details like clean, fresh towels show the care they put into guest comfort. For travelers visiting Thailand, this hotel is a fantastic choice. It’s absolutely worth paying a little extra compared to the ultra-cheap options, where you often end up sacrificing comfort and peace of mind. Here, you can truly relax and enjoy your stay without any worries. Thank you to the amazing team for the great hospitality — 100% worth it!

very clean room/hotel. Great central location but just off Main Street so very quiet. reception staff very friendly.

the bed wasn’t very comfortable and we could hear noise from next door from their phone and tv, which thankfully didn’t go into late at night. we had to unplug the fridge as it was too loud. which we did mention to reception staff.

Extremely good hotel in an excellent location at a ridiculously low price! We loved everything about this hotel. Located right next to the old city gate and about a 10 minute walk through some great streets to the night market. Do not miss the food court at the market and especially Ha Longs BBQ ribs. The best ribs I’ve eaten outside of Texas, and they even gave them a run for their money! The hotel is calming, tastefully decorated, big rooms, huge bed and lovely staff. Would stay here again when next in Chiang Mai

The only thing I’d question is why no curtain at the window? Strange. If you like waking up early it won’t be a problem!

Fab location, clean, friendly, and helpful staff, hot water available in a flask downstairs. Water each day, fridge in room. Great value for money. Quiet, comfortable bed.

Even though there was hot water available, it would have been nice to have a kettle available in the room. We acquired our own cups so we could have a coffee in the morning. There are lots of coffee shops nearby but not open when I awake at 5.30 am. Other than no kettle in the room, we have no more complaints, and that's not even a complaint.

Perfect hotel right outside the Old City. Would use again

Sadly due to the flooding we had to leave our stay early, but it was not the fault of the staff and they assisted us in getting our luggage outside and finding another hotel

I had a very central location which made things easy. The room was spacious and clean.

It would have been better with a lift! And breakfast would’ve been good rather than having to go out early morning for coffee and something to eat

The hotel is very well situated, centric. Few minutes walking distance from old town. Clean and has what you need for comfortable stay. The reception is opened 24hrs so i was able to leave my bags at 5 am when i arrived and as well for the check out i left it until the evening. They helped me organise taxi for the airport.

All is good, just keep in mind no elevator in case this is a must for you, I didn't mind as they even brought my bags up to the room and back down

I liked the large beds and fresh clean linen. The rooms were made up daily and restocked with toilet roll and bottles of water. Large rooms plenty of room for people staying. The staff were extremely friendly. Very close to all bars and restaurants

the only thing i didn’t like is that when I asked for early check in, they told me a price to pay that was more than the one I payed per night. And they had the room ready but I just had to wait until 2pm.
