Fantastic location, room, bed and air con. But more than that the lovely couple who own this are so welcoming and helpful, gave us recommendations for places to visit and great food outlets. Went above and beyond and held our big bags as we traveled the Mai Hong son loop for 6 days and still had a room for us on our return. They showed us real Thai hospitality. Would definitely visit again Chiang Mai is a beautiful and vibrant city.

Great location, quiet area and clean room, I booked this hotel as I was u happy with another one, and it was definitely a good choice.

Bed was really hard, I love a hard bed but this was like sleeping on planks. I checked out super early so didn’t have the breakfast. Also, kept getting whiffs of people smoking weed.

The staff were very friendly and really make you feel at home. Location is great for plenty of restaurants, bars, pharmacies. Location is in a quiet location not too far from the main roads so not much ambient noise from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Drawers would be nice for long stays.

The room cleaning was on demand and room amenities were not kept in check (towels,toilet paper,etc)

it’s so peaceful, waking up feeling like your in the middle of nowhere with the birds tweeting away but you’re actually very close to old town where there is lots to do and see! the room had everything we needed and was super cosy. the staff are also very welcoming and let us check in early 🤍

Great location, very close to Tha Phae Gate and Loi Kroh Road but in a quiet area. Large rooms, comfortable beds and very well-priced

It doesn’t have a coffee making/ water refilling station, although there are many cafeterias nearby to be fair

Very nice ambiance, cozy and great location. We could check in earlier, with extra costs, and we could leave our bags there after checking out. Very safe and the staff is very helpful.

The owners were so friendly, helpful and good people.

Lack of a drinking water station. There are shops very close, but, onsite fresh drinking water is not available
