The hotel's location is very convenient. We loved the colonial style of the hotel, its interior design and decoration. Rooms were spacious and clean and the pool was an added bonus. We won't hesitate to come back another time. We appreciated that staff responded favorably to our request to have adjacent rooms on a high floor.

The breakfast buffet did not offer much variety and fell short of expectations, but the coffee and fresh juices were excellent. The AC in the rooms was very loud. Staff at reception were always helpful when asked a question, but rarely volunteered a greeting and were absent or had stepped away from the desk upon our departure.

The staff are fantastic. GOYA , on reception and her colleagues were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very good a wide selection of Thai and European foods clean and well cooked , great and super polite service. The location of the hotel suited us in the centre of Chiang amai but on a quiet road.

The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy, it was also hard to regulate, either low , medium or high., but even low was very noisy. In the morning as our room, 304, was next to the staff service room, there was noise next-door too as they talked and went an came. The lighting in the room was extremely dull, not enough light. I'm a lighting engineer and designer and on this point I can be definite. Some of the lamps used are probably old too and their light out put is down, as they haven't yet failed they haven't been replaced. ?

Super polite staff at reception and in the eatery. Breakfast satisfactory and certainly better than expectations. Restaurant evening meals tasty. Good location for the old town. Airport shuttle was reliable. Check in after midnight was fine and appreciated. Significant disappointment was the swimming pool. This is under cover on the ground floor and too cold to contemplate going in above thigh level.

In behalf of my family, I must say we really liked everything about this hotel, from location, staffs at the hotel, local people, food, room, and how easy to navigate their hotel is. We found that Chiang Mai is a safe place wherever you go or at. The location of this hotel is superb and from our experience it's really safe even it's located from the neighborhood. The location is clean from the outside and pretty much the entire hotel. The location of this hotel is not far from the night markets, temples, and restaurants as well. The staffs are so helpful, respectful, accommodating, and very friendly at all times. The foods at the hotel are delicious and cheap. Our room is really spacious with massive bathroom. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location in a quiet area; walking distance to Old Town, Night Market, and Chinatown. The Staff are all friendly and exemplify great customer service. The room size was outstanding!

Wish there was a pull-out clothesline in the bathroom, more Hangers for clothes, and more closet space/drawers. Especially for a longer stay, I want my clothes out of my luggage and placed inside a closet/drawer to feel more at home.

Location was great. Restaurant food excellent & staff friendly. Room was well appointed, although 2nd floor got lots of noise from kids in the pool.

Pool was murky when we arrived & closed the next day. Lots of construction, new fish pond, again noisy as we were on the floor directly above. Laundry was a bit expensive, currently in Kuala Lumpur & it’s half the price at my hotel.

The hotel was clean and well kept. Staff at reception and at breakfast were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

The hotel was just on the edge of the old town so a short taxi ride from the main restaurants. The hotel didn’t really offer much food other than buffet breakfast but saying that we were happy to explore and reception staff gave some great recommendations. The room was comfortable and roomy but very dark, the blind was kept down on arrival as the view of the aircon unit and derelict land at the back was not scenic.

Standard Breakfast, nothing special nor outstanding. The Room size was fantastic as was the location and proximity to restaurants and coffee shops which were in abundance.

No Gym at the facility which was a bit of a bummer and the area even though it was off the main road was fairly loud at night.

Room is spacious & clean with many mirrors which is very good for ladies :-) Located at a quiet place yet not far from the busy street. Breakfast is ok, just that during peak hour the restaurant might not have enough tables for all guests. I like the coffee served during breakfast. Staffs are helpful, they provided us some info about flower farms and help us to book taxi to Yin Yong flower farm.

Due to the location of the hotel, it takes sometime for taxi to reach the hotel from either outside or airport.
