This property is a gem. It is tucked away from the main street so it was very quiet. No traffic noise, no party noise. The room itself was spacious. TV had Netflix. The bed was comfortable. Shower was ok. The main areas were within walking distance. There is a Breakfast place called Zest out the door, and a 7-Eleven within 30 meters. If I return to Chiang Mai Iw ould stay again.

There were a couple of things. The water pressure was a little weak. But this was not a problem. There was no security safe in the room. There was no soap, or toothbrush supplied, this didn't matter to me because I bring my own.

Great location, close to night market and Thapae Gate. Muay Thai and 711 shop 1 minute away. Nice room, soft beds, nice balcony. The bath is mostly pointless in this part of the world as hot water isn’t always standard and it would take you 3 years to fill with the Thai water pressure.

The property was in a really good location and clean.

The room we stayed in didn’t look anything like the pictures. It had marvel wall paper which wasn’t very aesthetically pleasing in comparison to the pictures. Basically no interactions with any staff members. When we were checking in there was no one there to great us had to ring the number on the wall. The man told us our key was in our room and to head on to the room. When checking out had to ring the number again to ask to check out.

Quiet, clean, and decorated in a very modern way. The housemaid doesn't speak English but is very kind and willing to help, Google translate does the job. There is a common area with a kitchen, but we didn't use it during our stay. Overall a very nice experience. Kind of a mix between a hotel and a hostel.

It didn't bother us personally, and it doesn't affect the safety, but the doors are sliding doors and the locking mechanism in that kind of door makes it so there is a small gap even when locked. So if you are sensitive to those small details be aware that this is a thing.

Location is strategic, a lot of food stall within walking distance. It was very quiet during our stay, except one night there were a maintenance work happening at midnight across the street.

We couldn't find the entrance to the place at first arrival, it was at the back of the building. Water goes down very slow in the bathroom after shower.

The staff were kind and helpful, even though there was a little language barrier, they were always willing to help. The room was large and the bed was super comfy. The whole place was clean and quiet but close to everything.

Large room. Spacious. Small winter garden and a bath! Great location for the markets and restaurants. Peaceful on a quiet road

Please have cup in the room for tea!

Excellent location. The room was very clean and spacious, and the owner is really friendly. Amazing value for money.

Clean, large rooms, beds were very comfortable. Owner and his wife is super friendly, cultured and respectful to your needs. Provide guidance about the area anytime and things to do around. Close to gate, night market and other activities.
