Great stay at this beautiful property easily located on maps. Very neat and clean rooms, staff was very helpful and humble and has provided very early checkin. Loved the room and absolutely recommended if you are in chiang mai.

The rooms were so comfortable and clean, room service every day. The staff were the best part of the stay. Amara was brilliant, she would cut up fruit I bought every day after Muay Thai sessions (only1min walk away) and make me tea. I look forward to staying here again! The facilities nearby are fantastic, good location. Walkable from multiple night markets, gym and the staff were keen to cater for all our needs. Felt warm and friendly and homely perfect for a solo traveller. I will be returning

The TV had access to channels and multiple language but was not a smart tv. Could easily connect a HDMI though

Great staff, property and location

The bed was tailor for SE Asians which was a bit harder than I’m use to.

The location was ideal. Just few steps away from the main road but did not have any trouble with noise from the cars. Close to atm, 7 eleven, thapae gate, bazaars, and restaurant. Hotel staff helped with arranging for a tour, and also one of the other private tour to chiangrai. One of their staff joined to help with translation, which was really helpful in many ways. Places of recommendation were given as well when it comes to places where the locals go. Service is super. Room was clean.

Shower was not hot. It's just lukewarm which is a pity because I travelled during the rainy season. Some hot shower would be great. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Well-located along Thapae Road, with 7-Eleven conveniently just across the street. Only a 3 minute walk away from Thapae Gate and the activities of the old city. Yet, because it is a bit recessed from the main road down a short, pleasant alley, it's actually quietly tucked away in a nice, peaceful corner. Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Good bed and bath linen, and bath amenities. Ensuite bathroom was nice, with large countertop and spacious shower - would have been better with better (brighter) lighting. Housekeeping and general assistance staff were pleasant, cheerful and helpful. If like me, you don't need any other facilities (full-service cafe/restaurant, swimming pool, 24hr room service etc), this hotel is close to perfect.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, but there was no writing desk and chair (even though there is ample space for one, with maybe a nice table lamp) : so it was not suitable for doing a spot of work on my laptop. I mentioned this to the senior staff at reception, as feedback upon check-out, but was simply informed that the room-type which I selected, has no writing desk. She seemed to strongly imply that it was MY fault because I chose that room type. ?!!! Perhaps the management could consider rectifying the issue (which isn't rocket science and is easy enough to do) for the benefit of guests' requirements, instead of giving a standard excuse as a rather lame reply? Besides, a writing desk and chair isn't exactly uncommon in hotel rooms, especially in this day and age...

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the Tha Phae gates and Ching Mai old city. The hotel is a very basic hotel and perfect for guests who are looking for a no frills experience and is great value for money. The hotel is situated within a small lane, which makes it a bit tricky to locate, however, also makes it silent away from the main street. The room is fairly clean and comfortable. The furniture and the wardrobe is very dated, but still OK. The bathroom is good and they provide basic toiletries. Looks like the bathroom has been refurbished recently, thereby making it good. The hotel is also within a very short distance of the 7/11 which is very convenient. Overall it serves its purpose and would definitely consider it as a base for a return trip.

The male staff member in the front desk during night hours is not very welcoming. However, the ladies who are their in the morning hours are very pleasant and welcoming. We arrived in the night, so the initial impressions wasn't great, but it remedied by the morning reception staff. The room layout is slightly weird in the sense there is a cabinet and table which which is in the middle thereby cluttering up the space. The hanging lamp in close to the table is a healthy hazard as it is very low hanging and I bumped my head into it multiple times and I am not that tall to begin with. The lighting in the room can also be better.

The location is excellent, situated in the old town and just a 10-minute walk from the night market. The beds were very comfortable, the shower area was spacious, and the daily cleaning was adequate. The air conditioning did not blow directly onto the bed, making it safe and comfortable to sleep. They also allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM at no extra charge.

My girlfriend couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi on her iPhone, although I was able to. We didn’t make a big deal out of it.

Nice and relatively small hotel in central Chiangmai, 8 walk to Tha Phae gate. Comfy bedroom and bathroom - great shower pressure! - with daily cleaning service. 7/11, cafes and night market all in walking distance.

Unfortunately the rooms are not soundproofed, you can hear your neighbours very clearly at all times, bedroom and bathroom included. Also the AC systems installed in the building exterior are very noisy. Therefore for a comfortable stay and good night sleep, have some quality earplugs, which we did! 🙂

The hotel is on the good location, just 5min walk to Thapae gate. And about 10 min walk to night bazaar. We enjoyed our 2nights stay. The bed is comfortable. Clean and nice bathroom. TV cable have some English channels and movies running all day we enjoyed it. Staff is very nice and polite, services is good they brought new water every day and even let us leave our luggage for 2weeks when we went to Pai. Thank you

The hotel is very conveniently located in the main tourist area, with shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby and walking distance to old city and markets. The room was bright, spacious and very clean. Fittings and decor are new, the design is clever and everything works well. Plentiful hot water in shower and basin. Very comfortable bed. Nice desk with overhead light plus efficient fridge and tv with good selection of international stations.
