Rooms are spacious. Great rainshower with much water pressure. The staff is the best ever, very friendly and great for English communication. The most comfortable beds I have slept on in Thailand. Location is in the middle of many things to visit, walking distance Sunday night market at Thapae gate and night bazaar.

The staff is amazing, period. They went above and beyond to help us. The rooms are really affordable and included a great breakfast. The location is perfect and you can access all the touristic areas within a 10-15 minutes walk or 1km radius. They offer scooter service(highly recommended to get around the city) through a third party, slightly on the higher price point, but I was more comfortable to go with a service the hotel recommended. I used their service, they deliver and pick up the bikes directly to and from the hotel within 15 minutes.

Just a suggestion. They do have a hanger however a rack for wet clothes would have been great.

The location is perfect. It’s on a quiet side street that is steps away from busier streets with lots of food options, a laundry, and 7-11. It’s a 5min walk to the old wall of the center, and easy to hail a ride if needed. The staff is friendly and super helpful, holding our luggage while we were on a 3-day trek. On return they upgraded our room at no charge, which was so kind! We really needed that so we could get everything reorganized after the trek. Breakfast is also fantastic with plenty of options.

The staff was friendly and the location was very good. It was nice and quiet.

The so cold bathroom. The wc was separeted from the shower. Also the sink. And I really didn't understand the piece of frozen glass wall between the shower and the room. It was so akward and unnecesary. Imagine travelling with your teenaged daughter and the father wants to take a shower ..... in a see through shower faceing the room. Also we asked for an extra bed and we received a wood hard thing with no matresse. You couldn't even sit on it.

Thapae Twins Hotel is located in a wonderful part of Chiang Mai and has the most caring, thoughtful staff! The breakfast was slightly different every morning and very delicious. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We rented a car and did not have issues with the parking in the front, though it is limited.

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, facilities and location. One of the best hotels we stayed at in northern Thailand. Short walk from night markets and restaurants but very quiet as down a side street. I said in an earlier review from a previous stay that the bathroom was outdated but that was actually meant for another hotel but I could not delete so please disregard if you see that review. The bathroom is amazing.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and location was incredible. right in the middle of where you want to be. The staff is really what made this stay for us, the man behind the desk called rat made our stay our favourite of the trip so far and the woman (we didn’t get her name) was also incredible

The price was very affordable. And for that price, the amenities were very good. The staff were all lovely as well, always proactive, willing to help even though some might struggle with English. we felt very well taken care of and welcomed. They provided clean towels, basic body wash and shampoo, shower cap, comb and toothbrushes and toothpastes. I think there was also a hairdryer in the room. There were room slippers but I am not sure if those were reusable ones or disposable ones. The shower was hot enough and water pressure was ok. For some, the breakfast might be basic, but we liked it. I had Thai rice porridge and my husband had an omelette. There were cornflakes, some fruit and toast as well. If you want salad, then you might find the salad bar disappointing. But for this price, I didnt have an issue with the spread.

The design is pretty old-fashioned. I didn't enjoy not being able to flush the used toilet paper down the toilet bowl, but I guess it was because it is a older building with old plumbing. Bring your own body wash and shampoo if you are particular about these items.

The room was huge with a seating area, lots of storage, well lit with plenty of electrical outlets, and strong internet signal. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning and hot water heater worked very well. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and helpful. Everyone always had a smile. They are also very accommodating, so much so as to provide a fantastic breakfast early so that we can enjoy before being picked up for a tour. The breakfast buffet was more like a full brunch with homemade soup, chicken and rice, curry seafood, fried rice, stirred fried vegetable and the typical breakfast fare of fried eggs, scrambled eggs and sausage, green salad with fixing and fresh cut fruit, all of good quality. It was a class act throughtout. In addition, the location is on a quiet street, but close to the river and the old town square with restaurants, trustworthy money exchange, laundry service, and night markets all within short walking distance.
