We really liked the style and character of this hotel and its rooms. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to the Ancient City in one direction and the Riverside in the other direction. The pool was lovely and cool after a hard day sightseeing in the sun! Having a fresh bottle of water each day was welcomed. Lots of areas to lounge around the hotel and relax. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the girls on reception. Very good value for the location and standard of hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights and the choices at breakfast were limited and boring, although enough - this is why hotel not a 10/10.

The location was amazing. It was during the Chiang Mai festivities and the street is the center of the parade. The hotel had a very cozyy feeling.

The staff didnt speak english and they couldnt help with any questions that we had. We wanted to stay more nights and one person told us yes, and the other one no. Didnt feel like there was a system of communication that they followed. The room is quiet small but comfy but the bathroom layout is not so comfortable. The tiles were leaking water on the floor.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, hotel was well looked after, room was stylish and comfortable and we loved using the pool almost every night. We originally booked for 3 nights but we extended another 3 as we loved it so much there.

There were very minimal negatives about staying here, but one would be that there was not much daylight in the room and the room felt a little dark and dingey. This was due to the room being interfacing so the windows we had were looking out to the middle of the hotel. Although the lighting in the room was adequate.

Location was perfect. 10/15 min walk to the main gate to the old city. 10/15 walk to the Ping River. Not a loud location because the bars are more toward to old city but easy access to bars. We only got one tuktuk during our stay and walked the rest. The esthetic and vibe of the place was beautiful. It’s a property shaped like a U with a pool in the center of the U. Gorgeous! My husband wants to design a house like that. We did laundry there as well. It’s a fair price for them doing it on location (wash, dry, and iron!). Highly recommend this for its location and beauty.

The shower in our room kept turning from hot to cold from one minute to the next which was unpleasant but not a big problem. We stayed in a third floor room which has the high ceilings so it would take a long time for the air conditioner to cool down the room but I only mention that if you plan to be all day outside and then want to be in a cool hotel room.

This is a beautiful hotel. Traditional and a little different. The pool is lovely and there are lots of areas to sit and relax . Our room was spacious , comfortable and clean. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is great for the night market and away access to the old city.

Only minor issue as maybe the design of the shower which would be difficult for less able visitors.

Great location for the hotel and lovely design. It was very pretty in the evening and they have a hotel cat! The room. Was spacious and great value during the loy krathong festival. Bed was very comfy and honestly, it felt very luxurious.

I think there needs to be a light in the shower, cause there was a light in the bathroom but it still quite a bit dim in the shower itself. It would be great if there was like a pulley service to take your suitcase up the stairs cause the floor is quite waxy, so it is a slip hazard if you are going up or down 3 floors of stairs with a heavy suitcase. I would recommend leaving the hairdryer in the room, instead of the customer having to call the reception to ask for it. As the room descriptions says there is a hair dryer in the room.

Not only is the hotel utterly gorgeous but it is also in perfect proximity to the Tha Phae Gate entrance to old town and the Chiang Moi area is very trendy with great coffee shops and independent clothing boutiques. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the space. We thought we had been upgraded upon arrival as we couldn’t believe the exceptional value for money. We were there for the start of the Loy Krathong/ Yi Peng Festival and were in great placement for all the festivities. Would 1000% stay again and try to be there for the festival in full. Just splendid!

I loved everything about this place. Nice vibes, super nice staff, small pool that gives the place a nice touch (I didn’t used it though). The room is full of nice details, free water, coffee and tea. Comfortable bed and really nice big bathroom and shower… I’d definitely come back! Perfect location 5 min away from Eastern Gate.

I have nothing bad to say… The only thing is that the room is a bit dark since the “window” is basically the door of the room, which is a glass door, so to keep privacy you must keep the curtains closed. But for me it wasn’t too bad, it makes it cozy as well :)

Location is perfect, walking distance to the centre of town but not in the middle of it, nice cafes and shops nearby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

As other reviews stated, room was great other than the bathroom. Bathroom was impractical with wooden walls, and the shower drain did not function well. The place was stylish, but could be exceptional is maintained a bit better. staff was not rude but wasn't especially welcoming either.

Lovely feel to the hotel, nice staff and nice to have a pool at the property. All well kept. Opposite a Wat. Some nice restaurants in the area. Within walking distance of the old city and the wonderful night market on a Saturday at Thaepae Gate.

I am not sure about all rooms, but I would note that the showers are sunken, so if you have difficulty physically they might be an issue to access.
