The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was good. Close to food court, night market and ThaPae Rd.

The unforeseen flood waters were challenging but added to another Chiang Mai adventure.

Nice host, big comfortable room and bathroom. You will find your trip to the old city is quicker if you exit near to pool and walk along the canal. It's pretty and I didn't discover it until my last day.

Though my neighbors were fortunately pretty quiet after their first arrival, there is a door that is locked but connecting the neighbor room that allows sound to pass. This would be a problem with less considerate neighbors. My bed was not too hard by SE Asian standards but it seemed to be covered with plastic under the sheet which wasn't that pleasant.

The buffet-style breakfast offered a good variety and quality, perfect for starting the day. However, the beds were slightly worn and a bit too soft for my liking, which might not suit everyone. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you're looking for a central location with decent amenities.

Very large quiet room and friendly helpful staff. Good quality breakfast included. Bottled water replaced every time room is cleaned. Loads of storage space and big indoor balcony with room safe. Location is excellent so close to Night Market and all tourist bar areas.

Wifi was a bit slow also was down several times over a one week period. Depending on who cleans your room they may not give you a bath mat or if you ask for one it may be taken away next time your room is cleaned and not replaced which was strange. Chair in room is very noisy and uncomfortable also must be one of the smallest flatscreen TVs I've ever seen.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights total, one week between the stays. at the first time' the room was good and clean' at the second time I got a room with plumbing problem and it was very smelly. the bed and the pillows are not so comfortable. the staff wasn't always friendly. the breakfast is very light and barely contains any vegetables.

Room was nice and clean, good size with shower and bathroom facilties (no bath) free soap and bits. Room was refreshed daily, Water was replaced daily. Stayed here 3 times now and would happily stay again on my next trip. Near to Night market and Bars.

Personally didn't like the breakfast, but would not let that put me of staying again.

Close to night market even though i always calling grab motor to night market. Room can be counted as big compared, there is a fridge. Most of staffs are friendly and keep smile to you. The price is so reasonable maybe because it has a discount suddenly. There is a van-cafe nearby ,you guys can go for a coffee. The owner is so nice and able to speak in fluent english.

The location is conveniently situated near popular attractions and offers easy access via Grabcar, The staff members were friendly and provided valuable assistance. Overall, I would rate this hotel at 8 out of 10.

Although there are a few facilities that could be improved, the small hotel’s charming staff makes up for it.

Pool was lovely & often quiet. Large area to chill out down stairs also. Food was pleasant. The room was amazing - great bathroom & modern decor, large in size too. Great value for money.

When wanting to book an extra night the receptionist tried to charge nearly x3 what booking.com did, she insinuated that we wouldn’t be able to book anywhere else either as it was a bank holiday. This simply was not true & so we went elsewhere.

A lovely, clean hotel with private rooms. The location was great for the night bazaar. Plenty of places to eat and drink near by. The room itself was very clean, the bed comfortable. There is a laundry service next to the hotel which is great for travellers. The pool was perfect.
