Very convenient hotel at a good location. It's in the center, but not directly in the main center within the city walls, so it's very quiet and without all the tourist hassle. Still there are many nice restaurants, massage places etc. We had two rooms, they were large, clean and well furnished. Bathroom is fine, the warm water probably needs to be switched on somehow, but it's fine also with the water as it is. There's daily room cleaning which is convenient, but put your stuff in a corner if you don't want that your things are moved. 2 bottles of water are provided every day. Internet worked very well, but requires a room specific password. Sometimes there are some strange noises all the night, like a pump or water moving. We checked in and out in the middle of the night without any issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much and would be happy to come back again.

Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, mini fridge with complimentary drinks, water, and snacks. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to the night market, and a nice bakery and Japanese restaurant across the street. Good AC and hot water. All in all this is a solid choice, and we would stay here again. With the negatives in mind, we rate it a 8/10. We are a Canadian family with two teenagers.

Rooms were not soundproof and we could easily hear everything in the adjacent rooms. The bathroom doors are the strangest bi-folding awkward afterthought... almost comical (this isn't a big deal though). We were in room 402 and 403 and we could hear the hotels main water supply pump (or something to do with it) go off every 30 seconds. Not really quiet. Kept us awake first night, ear plugs worked second night.

Most comfortable hotel I've stayed in in Thailand. Attentive, friendly, helpful, and responsive staff - spoke and understood perfect English, readily offered me a ride to the bus terminal when I was running late and saved me from missing my transport. Room was well-equipped with mini fridge, functional air-conditioning, strong water pressure in the shower with hot water, large flasks of drinking water, free tea and snacks, large and clean towels and face towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, hand wash. Really, they have it all! Furthermore, the design of the room was well done and aesthetically pleasing. Felt like a lot of thought and care went into the design and stocking of amenities. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Everything smelled clean and fresh and welcoming. They even have a nice little garden and sitting area in the back on the ground floor, plus super affordable laundry rates (within 24hrs, rates similar to laundry around the corner), and a mini fitness gym area on the 4th floor. Best part of the hotel is definitely the staff. Made you feel cared for and welcome in their place. Location was also ideal. Close to the old city on the east gate, super close to lots of markets around the area including the local fresh markets and shopping markets. Close proximity to the bus terminal too. Nothing I didn't like at all!

The staff was wonderful, they were incredibly helpful and even booked a tour for us. They were very sorry about our disrupted sleep and moved us to a lower floor once a room was available. They worked very hard to make sure the rest of our time was great. The hotel is in a nice location, in a quiet area but very close to many Wats and other sights. There are some delicious restaurants less than 100m away, perfect for a lazy morning or late-night dinner.

There was a really loud mechanical sound on the roof, directly above our room. The staff explained it was the water tank for the building - I think the sound was the water pump constantly turning on and shutting off any time someone in the hotel used the water, which was very often. They attempted to fix it but it was even louder the following night. So if you're not a heavy sleeper, I suggest avoiding end of the hallway on the 4th floor.

Comfy bed in a spacious room; the location is just outside the old town. Free tea-making and mini-bar facilities

The shower water never got warmer than tepid. There is no breakfast, although the receptionist recommended the cafe opposite, which was excellent

The location is great as the Old City and other markets are within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in the booking is very delicious,and the portion is bigger than I expected (with complimentary tea, coffee, and fruits). The garden is a big plus. It's so relaxing to enjoy the cool breeze while having breakfast there.

The room is a bit cramped for 3 people, but the nice view outside made up for it :D

Such a beautiful quaint welcoming hotel. The staff were so lovely. Very helpful with sorting trips out. My daughter left her phone on the last day as we were packing to go to the airport. Two of the receptionists brought her phone to the airport 😭😭😭😭 my heart. They wouldn’t accept any money. They did this out of the kindness of their heart. Thank you so much. Thai people are truly the kindest. Will definately return ❤️

Room is super clean, albeit a little small in size. It has even a hair dryer, an unexpected bonus. Unfortunately it was summer and super hot and our west facing wall absorbs a lot of heat and room aircon takes a lo ger ti.e to cool room.

The host and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Good location. Walking distance from Night Bazaar, Thae Phae Gate and lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

Lovely staff and great quirky environment with lots of charm and well looked after. The room and surrounds were peaceful and the place exuded a sense of calm and tranquility. Great place to stay and highly recommend for couples or travelers looking to just chill out.
