Convenient central location. Beautifully designed, spacious and well appointed suite with every home comfort thought of. Very helpful and friendly staff who speak great English. Wonderful wine bar next door with great food and drinks and many other restaurants and cafes also in easy walking distance. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

We booked this hotel as it was slap bang in the middle of where we wanted to be for Chinese New Year in Chiang Mai. We are actually staying in a house about 10 mins drive away, but the roads were closed off for the celebrations and we wanted a bolt hole to cool down and relax for a while in between all the fun stuff. We were not disappointed. The Dragon Dance was on the street in front of the hotel. We were less than a 5 min walk to China Town and not many more minutes to Tha Phae Gate and lots of other cool places to visit, eat, shop and drink within walking distance. The room was part of the wine bar, not the main hotel which is next door, but you have the freedom to come and go via a key card and our room was situated on a side passage, which meant we had no traffic, firework or people noise. If you book a room in the main hotel with a balcony you are going to be looking out onto a busy and noisy main street. As others have said you have a small fridge and all the stuff in the fridge and snacks outside of it are free of charge. Yes, really all of it is free. Spotless room, great wifi, robes, slippers, toiletries, who could ask for more. There is a 7-Eleven about 2 mins walk. Turn left on leaving the hotel. Discover the delights of the Thai version, nothing like anywhere in Europe or the US and I mean that in a very, very good way.

This is an amazing spot to stay in Chiang Mai. The location is perfect! We had amazing views of the fireworks, lanterns, night market for our stay during New Year's. The room is spotless and very big for a family of 4. The staff was super helpful in arranging transportation to/from the airport. Had coffee pods for us for the morning, robes to use and very comfy beds. I would love to stay here again!

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

The Moment is an absolutely gorgeous hotel just outside the city walls of Chiang Mai - everything is walking distance including our favourite spot Ploen Ruedee Night Market. It feels very exclusive as there are only 3 rooms. We stayed in Rainy (top floor) and I was blown away by the standard of the room not just in general (comparing to “Western standards”) but especially considering the price. The decor and facilities are stunning! I felt like I’d honestly hit the jackpot and was gutted I’d only booked one night. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well secured at night with shutters over the main entrance from midnight (or earlier if their guests are all in).

Beyond beautiful aesthetics, attention to details in the designs is simply exquisite, placements of furnishings were very well thought out, super clean rooms and to top it off, we were upgraded to a duplex unit for the entire stay. Location is excellent, within walking distance to eateries, marts, and tourist attractions.

This was the perfect two bedroom suite for two guests. It felt just like home.

More like an Airbnb than a hotel. We were in the regular rooms rather than the suites so access was through the wine bar. We didn't meet anyone from the hotel during our stay. A cleaning lady showed us to our room on arrival but the room was comfy, clean and quiet:)

Easily the best place we’ve stayed in Thailand. The whole suite was incredible from the entrance, to the hall way, the bathroom and the bedroom was beautiful. The shower and bath were stunning and the bed was large and comfy. Snacks and drinks were a lovely touch. We were very sad to leave this place and would love to revisit.

Excellent property in a central location, walking distance to many shops and sites. Friendly staff, room spacious and clean.

Entrance through a bar was bit odd but felt secure with security lock leading to rooms. Lots of stairs to reach upper level, no elevator but staff helpful to carry luggage up and down.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room is very comfortable. It is convenient walking location to many sights and was easy to get pickup for tours.

For the price, this hotel does not offer any extra amenities (eg gym, breakfast, free water refill). The hotel staff was not very helpful with local recommendations (such as great restaurants or coffee shops) or excursions (such as tour company recommendations).
