Location was great. Staff was really nice and helpful. Wanted a scooter and they arranged one for me and my friend... It was a little more expensive by 50 baht, but the scooter was brand new and nice... I was willing to pay the extra for a better scooter... About 1.25 dollars per day only... I also had to go to the hospital for a medical reason and they arranged everything for me... Hospital was great.. Only cost 50 dollars out of pocket for meds and visit... Pool was great.. Room great Location great. The staff was fantastic..

Everything! It was beautiful and cozy. Nice facilities and good service. The suite was large, well appointed and comfortable. No complaints about the place itself, just the price.

Price. Suite was expensive. I was in town for some meetings with a couple friends and we spent several hours relaxing and talking in the lovely space. While it was very nice, I think the price was a bit unfair. I don't know if it's sustainable but a 10-15% reduction in the rate for the suite, I think, would be more appropriate. Overall a very nice stay and strongly recommended. Would likely stay again even at the price but would also look at other options.

Spacious, well-appointed, clean, and beautiful rooms. Nice and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Really great location between the eastern side of the Old City and the Night Bazaar.

The stairs around the property and polished timber flooring in the rooms were sometimes slippery. A handrail would be a helpful addition to get in and out of the pool safely.

We had a wonderful stay in that adorable hotel! It was very clean, cosy and so authentic arranged. Full of tiny cute spots to have a seat and relax and also am the pool area is so nice and allows privacy. The staff was so honest and kind, felt like home with friends. The rooms are really big and qualitatively furnished with an inviting bath room with perfect working shower (pressure, hot & cold). Prices for great breakfast as well as extra coffee and drinks are absolutely fair and below some bares in town (and well done)! The location of BV is also top as you have different small streets to walk or take by (motor)bike to the city center, laundries, massage spots, food markets, bars etc. Near by is a good rental station for car and motorbike (Pop). We rent both of it.

The location was perfect...easy access to everything including restaurants, night markets and the Old City east gate. Food and drinks were very good. Staff were extremely pleasant. Pool and dining area was lovely.

Pillows in room were very uncomfortable. There was some very disturbing noise 2 nights in a row...think it came from residents beside hotel.

A little oasis inside Chiang Mai. This is a simple, but lovely place to stay. The location is super quiet, and ridiculously well located - five mins to the old town, but right next to loads of cafes/shops, and ten minutes to local markets etc. Great pool, with a very relaxing atmosphere. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hard to fault!

Great location - calm and peaceful yet very close to main road with supermarket, Grab taxis and money exchange with good rates. Easy to get to airport and train station. Beautiful pool that our kids loved, great for cooling off for adults too after a day of sightseeing. We had two interconnecting large comfortable rooms, which was perfect for our family. Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast too!

It’s a small, boutique property, only a short walk to the night bizarre markets and the ancient town area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our junior suite was roomy and comfortable.

Access to get to the property is not straightforward. If you are being dropped off and picked up, just be aware the entry is hidden down some laneways. The breakfast is also pretty ordinary but lots of other options close by.

The truth is that the hotel, the location, and the rooms exceeded all expectations. It looks like a quiet village right in the heart of the city in an excellent location. Walking distance to the old city and the night market. A sweet pool that adds to the atmosphere and large, quiet rooms. We will definitely return again.

What an absolute gem of a hotel. The staff were very accomodating and allowed us an early check in. Our room was a great size with everything you could want in it. The pool is a very welcome treat after wandering around lovely Chiang Mai. We didn't have breakfast there, but I am sure it would be the same high standard as the rest of the hotel. The location was great as you can walk to many places of interest very easily. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

The only thing I can suggest is a rack outside to hang your wet swimmers. There is no where to hang wet clothes inside or out. Other than that, I could not fault this lovely hotel with its very friendly and helpful staff.
