Nice stay. First, I was worried that I booked the room with no window, but rooms a spacious and bright. In fact, there is a milk glass window, can't see through, but still gives some light inside the room. Staff is kind and helpful. Location is great to explore the city (old town and night market area).

If you remove the key card from the electricity device, not only lights and air-condition go off, but also the fridge. Incredible annoying after coming back to the room and all drinks are warm...

The room was spacious and nicely furnished, with comfy chairs. The mattress was firm but not overly so. Also, no bugs! Quiet.

The bathroom faucet was partially detached and one of the floor tiles was not anchored. The fridge shuts off when you remove the power key. The hotel is located along a small alleyway (soi) that is hard to access after rain due to flooding and poor drainage on the connecting alleyways.

It was very simple but I loved the location— about halfway between old town and a nice evening bazaar. The staff were wonderful and the wifi fast and consistent, which was essential for my work. The beds were comfortable and the sheets good quality.

The view was of a big electrical box but I still enjoyed sitting outside.

The hotel is well located with a lot of things to do in the area, near to the meeting points for attractions, bars, restaurants, cafes, massage, etc. The room was big and the bed very clean and comfortable. The hotel doesn't have staff most of the time but it is pretty easy to reach them by WhatsApp. The breakfast is in the other hotel, just a couple of steps away.

There was a leak in the toilet, but nothing that made me stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was very simple and my friend was disappointed with the sausage that was raw and cold. When he asked for milk for his coffee it came cold.

It's in a good location, you have access to the old city and side that stretched towards the iron bridge. It's easy to get around using grab bike.

There is no toothpaste and toothbrush, so bring your own. But you get towels and liquid soap. I don't dislike this, but worth mentioning it: you are not getting a view to look out. So not for those looking to stay in the room for the whole day. More of a place to sleep and go explore the city.

Not a big deal but the fact that staff is shared with Lanna Thapae Hotel (2 minutes away, where you will have to go to have your breakfast) makes that sometimes reception is left unattended (specially in the morning, just when you may need some help before going to visit the city)

Great location for me. Good value. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room safe. Water and towels are replaced everyday.

Sometimes it gets noisy if your room is near the entrance/reception area.

Was given the room right beside the main door and reception. Didn't feel very private with guests coming and going at night.

Lovely hotel just outside walls of old town Chang Mai. Great walkable location to old town. Room was spacious and comfortable. We were allowed to leave our luggage there while sightseeing before checkin.

Front desk staff was often not present - there was a phone number listed to contact if we needed help. Fine for us as we didn't really need anything. The shower was difficult to manage - swung from hot to cold to hot.... We finally figured out running the sink helped the heater to regulate and then it was fine.

Staff were very nice and tried to provides things as requested. Room is super clean. Bed is comfortable. Location is great; it locates in the old city and downtown area and it is easy and convenient. Around the hotel, there are so many coffee shops and restaurants that most of them are great.

My room doesn't have window, probably it is related to the room rate I got. The hotel has very limited parking lots. In general, it's okay and acceptable.
