This nice quaint hotel exceeded my expectations. We paid a relatively affordable price for this hotel and wasnt expecting anything more than what we paid for -- but to our surprise, it was a very nice clean and comfortable hotel just 3 minute walk away from the famous Tha Phae gate. Surrounding the hotel are restaurants and stores and is very accessible to both bolt and grab transport apps. The room itself is very nice and clean , the bathroom though a bit small would still function as necessary --- the only concern was the shower with inconsistent water temperature. You are given 3 choices of plated breakfast daily. But I couldnt complain more as the plated meals were very generous. They have a self serve, coffee, tea, milk, breads and salads. Overall -- I would highly recommend this hotel to just anyone -- being on a budget or simply would like to stay in a nice decent and comfortable hotel.

Sorry but there's really nothing I didnt like about this hotel.

The location is absolutely the best - it's close to the town center, close to markets, ATMs are on every corner, coffee shops everywhere ... There are some buildings nearby that don't look too great, but the neighborhood is very safe and we didn't feel unsafe walking around after dark. The hotel itself is cozy and rooms offer everything necessary for the stay. We didn't spend much time in the hotel and were exploring the city. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

There was only one small thing we didn't like, but it was not worth alerting the staff since we only stayed for 2 nights - I think the sewage in the bathroom might have been clogged or broken and so it smelled pretty bad. We had a friend in a different room that didn't have that issue, so probably just a one-off. Nothing serious and I'm sure if we told them, they would gladly move us to another room, which was not necessary.

This hotel is placed in a very quiet location and at the same time, very close to everything. The hotel is quite new, having really comfy beds. The breakfast is good, having enough food to start the day.

The shower had very low flow and the ratio between cold and warm water was random. The breakfast had enough food, but without variety.

The beds were comfortable, Aircon worked well. Was in walking distance of the Thaphae Gate, as well as near other facilities such as 7 eleven. Room had a mini fridge, which worked well. The hotel room had nice big windows

The water temperature was an issue, when taking a shower water was either too hot or too cold. Walls are very thin, and can get noisy if you have noisy neighbours. The toilet paper dispenser was placed awkwardly. Bathroom had a damp smell, so it was best to leave the bathroom door open at all times.

Very friendly staff, good location, clean and nice room, really good breakfast.

The way, how is it necessary to sign in to wifi everytime

This was a nice standard hotel and very good for the price. It’s a 5 min walk away from the wall and the old town and is in a nice quiet backroad. There is building going on next door but that won’t last forever.

Ask for a room on the 1st floor or above as the ground floor rooms are a little noisy and have a thin sliding door that opens straight onto the outside that doesn’t feel particularly secure.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located in a very good place. It’s directly on the East gate of the old town with the local, night and gate market (amazing street food at the South gate) in just 15mins walking! The employee are very kind and service minded. An earlier checkin was not possible, but you are able to leave your luggage at the reception. The rooms are tide and clean. You are provided with clean sheets, towels and water. Everything was working properly. When it’s quit in your own room, you could hear some sounds from the other rooms, but it didn’t bother us. We had breakfast included; you need to make a reservation the day/night before, as their restaurant is not big enough for all guests to be there at the same moment. Choice of scrambled egg or fried egg with some salad, sausage, orange juice, coffee/tea, water and toasts.

So closely to everything but quiet enough for a good night sleep

Some interior walls need to be repair for mold problem

Great value and amenities, including a mini fridge for drinks/snacks and desk/chair for working. Good location for checking out the Old City!

It would've been nice to have gotten one queen bed instead of 2 twins. Also, when housekeeping cleaned the room, they didn't actually change the sheets.
