It is our second stay in the property and a different room. We booked a triple room this time. The bathroom was exception in terms of size, design and cleanliness. Bathroom products were in refillable containers with large print. Room design was comfortable and spacious. Linen was clean and good quality. The property itself is in a quiet back street of a bustling area just outside the Old City which sees a bit more of the action at night. Can definitely recommend. The property is affordable, mid-range accommodation that makes an excellent base for touring the area. Great laundry service next door.

The location is great, all tour operators can pick you up from here, it's also close to the old town, but not further than 15 mins from the airport. Our room was nicely decorated and clean, and it had a terrific balcony. The hotel in general looks cute, like a little village. Breakfast options were limited, but that is to be expected by a hotel that size. Breakfast is a la carte, and it's freshly made.

Unfortunately breakfast starts only at 7am, but most daily tours (especially those going out of town) start at the same time, so you either need to skip breakfast or eat very fast. Half an hour earlier would be nice.

Cozy little hotel with a good view from every room. I got one on the ground floor with a nice garden view. The room comes with a free hearty breakfast that tastes great and has good portions. The location is superb, close to the Old City within walking distance, yet situated on a quiet street.

Bathroom: The hot water isn't very stable. However, the staff were attentive enough to check the next morning and fix it. Unfortunately, the water was only warm, definitely not hot. Free bikes: All bikes need repairs and maintenance, as none of them are usable. The tires are flat, brakes squeak, and biking around feels risky. I hope the hotel can arrange maintenance for the bikes. Air conditioner: It dripped water all night. Need thorough maintenance on facilities.

The staff was very helpful with our bags, and when we had issues with our heat, they gave us extra fans for the first night, then switched us to a different room the next day, which was much cooler (it was soooo hot outside) so a/c was a non negotiable for me. Breakfast was included with our stay and was a nice feature and was quite filling. I was worried the bed was going to be too hard, but I had the best sleeps! I wish I could have made more use of the cute patio but with the heat it was almost impossible.

The first bathroom we had was nice and had separate shower and toilet, the room we moved to only had a wet head near the toilet and sink. I thought it would be more awkward with no shower certain or anything but it wasn't that bad at all.

My husband and I stayed in the garden villa for about 12 nights. It was a great experience, and especially since we were there for a week and a half, it made a huge difference to have a room that is more than a simple bedroom. It had the bed loft, as well as living room space, patio, and bathroom below. The staff were also amazing - they helped us sort out a motorbike issue, gave my husband a rain poncho when he couldn't find his, etc. So glad we decided to stay here!

The location is great as its near downtown. The whole place is aesthetically beautiful, the rooms were amazing, clean, washroom was nice too though a tad bit small but all toiletries were in there. The room is definitely worth the price. The breakfast options were good as well and freshly served. You can also rent cycles for free and drive around nearby. If in Chiang Mai - definitely stay here!

Since the place is a small jungle and nature based expect mosquitoes in the room as well though there are repellent coils in the room but this is something that will be in any hotel

The staff was kind and we were able to change the room, which was very small for 2 adults and 1 child and we didn't have any wardrobe or table where we could take our luggage. We had to pay a small price difference because we got a bigger room. Regardless of the room, I noticed that the furniture is outdated, minimal and the cleaning could be done more carefully. The location is relatively good, a 15-minute walk to the night bazaar. The quality-price ratio is acceptable.

The cats that also walked around the kitchen, where breakfast was prepared for us.

Great location, walking distance to many places, Sunday night market, and can get a Grab/taxi to other places. Good food and staff, big breakfast! Despite it not being a luxury hotel, I would rather stay at this quaint authentic hotel that was a great stay! There was even a really cheap laundry service next door if you’re traveling and need your laundry done for your trip or just want it clean before you go home! Definitely recommend!

Beds are hard but I think they all are in Thailand, different rooms in our group had different hot water experiences, despite the staff trying to fix it. Don’t plan on a luxury hotel experience.

Changmoi House was a perfect experience for me. The room was large and spotlessly clean with very good AC (necessary in Thailand). The location was fantastic, close to the Old City and walkable to numerous temples. The staff was amazingly kind, generous with time and information and always supremely pleasant. And breakfast was amazing!! This place is 10/10 for budget stay!

A Relaxing Stay at Chiang Moi House I recently stayed at Chiang Moi House in Chiang Mai for a night, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet it is still close to all the action. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of both Western and Thai dishes to choose from. I would definitely recommend Chiang Moi House to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Chiang Mai.
