The hotel is was in a good location. room was lovely and kitted out well. staff were very helpful and informative. very pleasant stay. I had booked a ridiculous room for a solo traveller, 3 bed family room. the staff noticed this, rectified it and at no charge or downgrade. they discussed with me the change and were very helpful finding my room. explained breakfast and any questions I had regarding local amenities, transport, excursions etc, they helped point me in the right direction. always smiling and ready to help all guests from all over the world. definitely will be back.

personally, I found the breakfast to be lacking choice for myself. I'd have liked to see bacon and possibly tomatoes. more fruit. that's just personally

I liked the hotel itself; it has a boutique vibe, almost like a stylish library, with a very cool design. To go up in the elevator, you need to use your room key each time, adding a nice security touch. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful. The rooms were small, but as a solo traveler, they were perfect for me. Everything was clean, and the design was pleasant. The location was great, within walking distance of various markets and cool restaurants in the area. It was worth the money, and I’m very satisfied with my stay!

With modern, clean lines, very airy with a balcony-type corridor. My room must've been upgraded as i got a sofa set in my room. Although overlooking the back parking lot, i heard birds chirping in the morning. Lots of channels available on tv, great for winding down at night. Breakfast buffet had simple selections across a variety of categories: soup, breads, meats, veggies, drinks, fruit. Has a short-cut to Warorot Market. A 192 baht Grab ride to CNX. The hotel agreed to keep my big luggage while i went out of town three days before my check-in date - much appreciated!

My room was at the end of a long corridor so i had to pass 10 rooms from the elevator to get to my room - but i got a sofa set!

This hotel has a great location—close to the action yet remarkably quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The breakfast was just okay due to a somewhat limited selection, but the option to enjoy it on the terrace added a lovely touch. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, and there's a designated place to park a motorbike, which is a big plus for riders. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Great location. There's a 711 nearby and a night market just next to the 711 all within 5 min walk. It is also near the bridge to cross to the other side of the river, which has great cafes and restaurants. The room is nice and quiet, with things you need and enough space. The receptionist and staff members are nice and easy to talk to. Overall, it was indeed a great stay and I enjoyed it a lot.

The room was pretty big (for a family of 3 with one big bed and one small bed). The bathroom is also big, amenities are changed daily. The location is also very close to Waroroj matket and short walk to some walking street at night. Plenty of parking space which is my most impotant thing to consider when booking a hotel in Chaing mai. The staff is also very very helpful, one of the uncle who we met since the first day we arrived at the hotel would suggest us for transportation around chiang mai when we didn't want to drive out and restaurants around the place.

The hallway to the room is very hot, there is no air conditioning in this area even though there is a common seating.

A very nice mid-range hotel. We liked the separate sitting area with the TV but it left the bed area a little tight, with no side tables. The shower was nice and a full set of toiletries was provided. We would definitely stay there again. It was very convenient to the US Consulate and Western Gate, both about a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was good, Western and Chinese. Nice selection and reasonably stocked in a pleasant space.

It was a little confusing finding the check-in office from the rear parking lot. Another sign would help but we found it. No real problems.

1. Amazing Housekeeping Staff the housekeeping staff was so hardworking and friendly. I liked how on days that I did not need housekeeping they would still leave me 2 bottles of water and toilet paper, and I didn't have to request that on my own. 2. Clean, Aesthetic Room Very nice and modern room with everything you needed (fridge, safety box, hangers, desk, etc.) 3. Wifi The wifi here was super fast. 4. Breakfast The breakfast really impressed me with the selection. Everything was really delicious and a lot of variety to choose from. 5. Location Although I do feel like it was a bit far from the old city, you are close to the other side of the river though. There is a must-try dessert shop called Cake Baan Piemsuk (for coconut cream pie). Very quiet hotel as well.

1. Beds The beds were a bit hard...., but I could still sleep through the night.

The property was extremely clean. The reception area was beautifully decorated and just as the rooms, it was nice and clean too. We had a room for 3 people, and the beds were big enough, there was great lighting in the room, big windows with blackout curtains and the bathroom/shower was nice, clean and modern.

Similar to a good quality 3 star hotel in the US. Modern, new, efficient. Good parking. Great food options around. The restaurant specializing in river shrimps in the same building was especially good. Great TAO BIN coffee at the entrance of the hotel. Good value for money especially if you can get a last minute discount like we did. The premium rooms are a little more expensive but worth it
