This is an interesting building which appears old but actually isn’t. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is located by the river and it is possible to walk to the night bazaar but the road is busy so best to get a tuk tuk back. It was lovely to sit out in the garden for breakfast, where there is lots of choice and watch the boats go by. There is a lovely pool to sit by in the afternoon.

Hotel has exceptional design and vibe. It is really beautiful and riverside. Everything was clean.

Breakfast had a lot of options but the food wasn’t suitable for the first meal of the day. Everything was with pork and wasn’t that delicious.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is a bit of a distance from the action, but a peaceful and quiet opportunity to get away from the noise of the city at night. All in all, a fantastic stay; we will definitely be staying here on future visits to Chiang Mai!

Internet in the building opposite the main building is very unreliable. We had two rooms during this stay and the internet in one room didn't work at all. The other room was worked more consistently but was still unreliable. They definitely need a more reliable connection for the second building.

Everything was perfect and the hotel is super romantic with a wonderful garden with swimming pool by the riverside. If I was young again and planning my honeymoon - this would be my perfect destination. Amazing decor throughout, very quiet at night, super friendly and helpful staff, very clean and everyday fresh bed linens in different colours, excellent Thai and European breakfast buffet with great selection of fresh fruit. Though not in the city centre, it can be reached easily with Grab services which are generally less expensive than taxi or tuktuk. There are also some good restaurants nearby (walking distance) for dinner which is not served at the hotel.

Beautiful classically styled hotel. Very warm and helpful staff. Large room. Large bathroom Comfy and large beds. Good pillows. Nice shower. Good quality towels. Great air conditioning. Very relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. Fantastic pool in a lovely garden setting. Good quality and very good value for money breakfast. A quick taxi ride into the centre of town - a Grab taxi only costs 70 to 80 THB each way. If you want a classy hotel with a pool without breaking the bank, you'd find it hard to beat. One of the most pleasant hotels my family have ever stayed in. I we were ever round this way again we'd definitely be back.

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

- Looks exactly like the photos (maybe even better) - Great staff, very kind and helpful - Great breakfast, lots of diverse options - Wonderful building and river view - Beautiful pool (though a bit cold but refreshing) - Easy to find a bolt/grab to go in town in a few minutes - ~30mn walk to city center

- Location wasn’t an issue for us (we like to walk, we like calm and we liked the river view) though it remains a bit far from the old town - Wifi isn’t amazing if you’re in building B (only difference between the 2 buildings otherwise both are great)

From the great facilities to the ever-friendly and helpful staff to the sweet barista for a personalized morning coffee - it’s all there. Especially enchantee with the vibe and atmosphere of this hotel, carefully curated with the emblematic peacock in mind - this hotel deserves the stamp of a boutique hotel. My family and I (with Thai family extension) had a great stay. Will go back in a heartbeat. Have to stop gushing about it though, so this stays a bit of a secret gem 😉

Nicely decorated. Shabby chic style and nice attention to detail. Nice green spaces surrounding hotel. Places to sit outside. Good air conditioning.

Breakfast disappointing. There was a lot of choice but all of the hot choices were stone cold. Nothing at all to keep them warm. Cold meat and rice dishes not very appetising. I don't understand why.... Most of the hotel was very clean. They changed the sheets every day which was not really necessary. However there was hair left in the shower from previous guests. Far from town cwntre though nice and calm. Breakfast was dirty on our arrival though improved during stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They were always willing to help and make sure we were comfortable and happy. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The pool area and surrounding tables were clean, well-organized, and relaxing.

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from shops and markets, so it’s not ideal for walking. However, affordable rides are easily available, and it only takes about 5 minutes to get to nearby areas.
