Staff are polite. Overall the environment inside the hotel was great. Has outdoor seating with shade. Has a coffee place. Rooms are clean. Has a small pool max 2 people in it.Very efficient housekeeping and they do extend their services till 1pm. Good for those late morning people. Good pricing for the place.

Water heater keep tripping in 1 of the rooms. Staff unable to recommend good food in the area. Complimentary breakfast not allowed to heat up ham slices in toaster. No microwave, can only eat the kaya/jam provided. Would be better to have a microwave as long staying guest may want to add some stuff to the complimentary toast bread. Hotel is far from center so will need a bicycle at least. Surrounding environment are wet/fruit market. Soundproof is poor as the floors are not carpeted. Other guest check in and out may be disturbing at times.

Huge room, comfy bed, good bathroom. Toiletries/Water daily. Staff/Pool great.

Suggested Improvements: 1. The Pool should have a cover for privacy of users. Passerby/Guest can see you going to Elevator/Comkon Area. 3. The Toilet needs improvement, a slight smell of the W&C in our room.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, large and the a/c worked very well. I liked how dark the room was for restful sleep. The cleaning staff left a bag of refillable toiletries and water on my door handle each day since I had the Do Not Disturb tag hanging. They offered toast, tea and coffee on the 7th floor each morning to guests.

I didn't like that the pool was advertised very differently on their website. It was right behind the front desk area which seemed awkward, it was wrapped with a vinyl liner and didn't appear very clean. It was also freezing cold. I never saw anyone in it. They didn't explain or have posting up to find where the breakfast tea, coffee and toast were. I had to inquire at the front desk.

It may seem a bit far out of old town, but it’s only about a 20 minute walk to the moat on the edge of old town. Room was large, and comfortable. It’s a big hotel, with 72 rooms over 6 floors, it has a pool, but we never see it used. Breakfast is completely tea and toast, but for £11 a night, which we paid, you can’t grumble too much.

Shower is very weak, and as the price of hotel is so cheap, you end up with it being like a hostel, and filled with rowdy kids, it is pretty noisy some nights.

Breakfast was complimentary toast, tea, coffee or hot chocolate and was ok The hotel was exceptionally clean with room service every day. The hotel was a good location in a quiet area even though it is next to a busy food market. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the American consulate and a further 5 minute walk to the bizarres, markets, entertainment areas. It is also a short drive to many attractions and the busy gated are of Chang Mai

Our room was a little dated but very clean

Well located in the Old City with landmarks close by. The staff were affable and went above and beyond to help try and sort out whatever they could from anything room related to arrange transport and tours. Great customer service and a nice friendly place to stay and relax.

To be fair there was only one thing we didn't like and that was the bed mattress was very bad. However, the staff tried to make it as comfortable as they could.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! Rooms are basic, old style, but clean. Good option as a base to explore. Near a big fruit market. Price is good.

No option for a real breakfast and far away from cafes to get one. Same for dinner, need to walk around 15-20 min. Nearest places are fruit market and 7/11.

Great room to get some work done. Kept coming back, 15 days total 😅. Comfy bed (tho the 3/4p rooms do seem to have super hard bed). Good facilities in general, clean, very spacious. And most important for me: super big desk with comfy chair.

Pool is in the breakfast area, but didn't bother me. Staff didn't understand sometimes, but it always worked out. Towels not the best

Room is very spacious, clean and bright. Wifi is ok. Location is strategic, within walking distance you can get a lot of fruits and vegetables, and also 7-11. Night market is not far away as well. Room service staffs are very friendly and helpful. I like the laundry service provided.

Room bit old, some beds spring is bit too soft, maybe because of old mattress. Overall we enjoy the hotel very much.
