Room was big and nice . Clean washed beddings Pool reasonable size . Breakfast, gym and cafeteria is excellent.

Staff needs to be trained to protect the privacy of their guests by not giving away information to outsiders about the guests if someone calls or come to ask. Noisy at night,as the main road is near by. Mattress was soft , not good for the back . The window can't be opened for fresh air.

The facilities in this hotel entrance were outstanding. It had a well equipped gym, a nice pool with lots of chairs, a lounge area, a restaurant. We were blown away with how much space there was. You could easily just hang out around the hotel for the day to relax because it has everything you need. Staff were all professional and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean, with very good soundproofing, the price for our stay was affordable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations (and we have stayed in a LOT of hotels)

The location wasn't perfect, but we didn't mind being away from the busyness. If you rent a scooter/moped, then the location isn't a problem. Otherwise, getting a Grab is generally quite reliable.

I recently stayed at The Heritage Hotel in Chiang Rai and was really impressed. It’s a massive hotel with spacious, well-designed rooms and amazing views right from the windows. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The bed was extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a vast range of options to suit most tastes, and the gym was well-equipped for quick workouts. Staff were attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is also very convenient — close to the mall and just a short stroll into town. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Heritage and would happily return.

Lovely clean hotel with very attentive staff. Had a geat night sleep and food in restaurant was also good. Recommend the library for a drink and cake. Pool was fairly smal but good enough to keep cool from the sun.

I have no complaints. The room was good for the amount of time i am staying, i would stay here again and would like to stay longer, i really didn't get a chance to visit Chiang Rai like i wanted to, but i will stay here the next time i come. I would also like to give shout out to Kaya, who greeted me on my arrival at the Front Desk, i don't remember her whole name, sorry, but she was wonderful and patient with me while i ask stupid questions and she still wanted to help me on requests that were not normal...She was the beggining of my wonderful stay. Food was good, staff was great. Thank you.

Spacious with lots of lighting in family rooms. Glass water bottles, less use of plastic, breakfast area was spacious. International wall plugs available at each bedside table. Nice gym.

The hotel room doors on the 5th floor slam loudly when closing - the ‘door closers’ installed at the top of the hotel door (which seem to be anti-slam devices) no longer work. Hence from 5am in the morning, expect to hear doors slamming when guests are leaving for their tours. Shower glass panels are shorter in length hence water splashes out when showering.

Room was not that quiet. Some sort of compressor going off and on all the time. Windows are not double glazed so lots of traffic noise Asian breakfast looked amazing but as a European I don’t really want that sort of food for breakfast. Not really much other choice apart from eggs. Would have liked some cold meat, cheese and onion. As things ran out the staff were very slow to replace. Kept waiting to see if they replaced the brown baguettes but only replaced them as we left. Coffee machine is americano or espresso, no latte or cappuccino and for the price we paid these should be available as standard

Couldn't believe the value for money with this hotel! A beautiful hotel that has perfectly balanced modern decor with traditional Thai elements. Everything was exceptional here, from the welcoming staff (who kindly helped with photocopying some items for us), to the impressive facilities (coffee lounge, gym and pool). The room was huge compared to others we've had in Thailand and the bed was the most comfortable I think I've ever slept in. Whilst the location is a little further out from the main city/night market etc, we preferred the quiet location and Grabs were so reasonable, it was easy to get around. There is also a new shopping centre within a 10-min walk of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Rai.

Fantastic Hotel ! value for Money and excellent food and service ! must stay here when in Chiang Rai ! breakfast was excellent ! and hotel staff were very helpful and kind. the hotel has vast spaces.... wide corridors, huge lobby, large restaurants .... such as pleasure to be here !

lovely rooms. very comfortable. only issue with 2 bedroom suite room no 908 is that room were inter connected but access to the rooms were through one another. so privacy was a little low as persons using 1 of the 2 rooms had go walk through another.

Great value for money, the hotel is gorgeous and the staff are lovely. You have Central Mall just 5 minutes away and all the main objectives of Chiang Rai are a short distance away via taxi. Everything is very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Gym and pool are great, the library restaurant is stunning.

Sadly we caught a lot one of the most polluted seasons in Chiang Rai and the smoke ruined our trip, but this is not the hotel’s fault. One point of improvement could be that the food in the Library wasn’t the freshest - the croissants are old and stale and some of the cooked food didn’t taste great.
