The property was very clean, well maintained, and serene, with the gardens, it was quiet and relaxing. The owners and the staff were very friendly, and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property, and I hope to be able to stay there again at some point in the future, during my next visit.

The location is good, but you need a car to avoid waiting for a grab to come out to the spot. We were happy as it was a way from the chaos of the city, quiet and peaceful, and we had a hired car, so getting around was not an issue. It's about 20-30 minutes from many attractions, such as Pattaya city and shopping. There is a 7/11 & a grocery store about 500 meters away so that you can access most basics. The garden is beautiful and tranquil, and we had a fantastic time just lounging through the simple breakfast, listening to birds and watching a squirrel and the fish in the pond. The beds were super comfortable, and the place was clean, with a lovely deck.

Overall the spot was great I have no complaints.

The place is amazing a lot of time, thought and effort has gone into designing the complex. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need: cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice, and nice hot soup with rice if you like in a nice communal area for people to meet and mingle, with a lovely little garden waterfall pond area. The staff try their upmost to help you even by using their phone with the translation app. The owners are a lovely couple she is Thai and he is Australian, so if you need anything in English and you can’t sort it out with the staff he will always sort it. We came home late one night and all the fuel garages were shut. Spoke to him and he sent one of the boys down to grab us some fuel so we can get back to a garage, so helpful and she tried to organise us a cab on our first day and she couldn’t get one, so she got in the car and drove us 20 minutes into Jomtien Beach. It’s about 20 minutes out from Jomtien Beach, but it’s all highway/motorway so it’s very easy travelling in and out. If you want to go into Pattaya you can catch a tuk-tuk from Jomtien Beach to Soi 6 Pattaya city for 10 Baht which takes 30 minutes and catch it back from Walking St, Police are everywhere pulling tourists over for drink-driving at night, so be careful as it will cost you 2000 to 4000 baht to be released. The breakfast was tasty and included the following: Coffee/tea/cocoa, fruit juice, milk, cereal, toast, butter, jam, fruit, pork rice soup. It was served in a very charming sala by a waterfall in the center of the resort. The atmosphere could not have been better.

Our bungalow had not been occupied for some time, so there was a thin layer of dust that we decided to clean up by ourselves. No big deal. We did not receive access credentials for the WLAN. Our cell service kept us connected.

Its a small but nice resort, with big and comfortable two bedroom house, very clean and homey. All rooms are big with spacious toilets and windows, swimming pool is not big but enough. We like the house very much.

Location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, at night we were a bit worried about the security, because it’s located just beside a road, feels quite isolated. But once there are other guests, we feel much better. Its not far from the beach, around 15 min drive to jomtien, but you’ll need a car.

Barn Nern is an oasis of peace and tranquility. I wish i had been staying longer. Pim and Ray were excellent hosts they went out of their way to make our stay more pleasurable. .i would highly reccomend this place.. Plenty beaches and restaurants nearby. You can get a taxi on grab for about 200 baht which is about 3 euro and a taxi to Pattaya Central is about 5 Euro

Breakfast was good served in a pavilion in the lovely garden area. Limited choice between a continental and Thai breakfast but well laid out and with good service. The house was clean and modern. Nice big bathrooms and a good sized bedroom with comfortable beds. The house had plenty of storage and reasonably equiped kitchen . The air-conditioning worked well as did the WiFi. The location was quiet but close to a 7/11. You will need your own transportation to get the most out of the accommodation . Would certainly stay there again.

Good value for money. You get a whole appartement for your stay. The resort is super lovely with nice details. Definitely an quiet oasis in a loud and busy town. The owner was super helpful and did a lot to make our stay as pleasant as possible. There is a 7eleven literally around the corner and good street food aswell. Can definitely recommend

Baan Nern Khao is for sure a bit far of from the Pattaya Hotspots. So a scooter/Motorbike is needed to get into town. But for us it was always ok to return to the outskirts in the evening and leave busy and noisy Pattaya behind.

This place is so perfect for a quite holiday with family and it is a very safe. The landlord Ray and his wife is supercool. The workers works so hard to make our stay a peaceful one. Every corner of this place is clean with a superb salt water pool . The owener upgraded our cottage to a higher room facility for free.. brakefast is very adequate and provided packed drinking water everyday. Will visit again to this place.
